I had woken up in my bed confused. All I remembered was the fight that happened and I left the party early with josh. I didn't see josh in the bed so I just assumed he was taking a shower or he left to get something food or something. I didn't have a migraine so I was happy asf but I just felt like trash today. I immediately got in the shower and scrubbed the shit out of my skin with the boiling hot water and the soap I had just purchased. I knew my skin was finna be red but I didn't care. Once I got out, I got in my silk pajamas not planning to go anywhere. I heard the door open and knew it was josh. "Good afternoon nigga." Josh said putting the food on the side table. "Whatchu got?" I asked him grabbing the remote off of the dresser. "I got stacked pancakes and I got you 2 pancakes cause I know you don't have a big appetite when you first wake up" he said handing me my
container with the butter and maple syrup. "You talk to Soraya lately?" I asked josh. "Nah, not since yesterday." He said back. "I got a question." I told him. "Wassup." He said while tilting his head looking at me. (OOOOOOOOUUUU) "why was you lookin so irritated when u came back in the car." I asked him. He sighed and looked away. "Josh." I said grabbing his chin turning his face back to me.
Josh pov:
Not gone lie I was finna get hard, but anyway. I wanted to Mariah what really happened but it's been so much going on and shit I just don't want her to have to carry more stress on her back. What really happened was Soraya ended up getting mad that we decided we needed to leave. Aka she was being selfish and not thinking about other people's feelings. She starting to remind me of Bruce I swear.
Omniscient pov;
"Josh." Mariah said moving his face back and forth. "My bad." He said licking his lips. "It's nothing tho dont worry about it." He said back. "Well I am gonna worry about it if you don't tell me obviously." She said. "Aight fine you really wanna know?" Josh said questioning her. "Yes I do." She said back with a little attitude. Josh gave her that "watch your tone." look. "When I went inside the house to tell Soraya whst happened and how we decided it was time to go she got irritated. I tried to tell her to calm down because we would hang out today but she waved me off... no bye or nothing. So then I got all irritated cause who the fuck that bitch think she is?" He said explaining. Mariah sat there in silence not knowing what to do.
