The hospital battle has begun as the heroes do their best to defeat the countless Nomu that the Doctor sent out. Outside the building, Mandalay and some of the other non-combatant heroes focused on the patients and employees of the hospital.

Mandalay: Prioritize critical patients. Instruct anybody who can safely walk on their own to head to the nearest official.
HeroA: Roger!
The windows outside the building all began to break due to what was happening inside as shards of glass rain down.
Mandalay: Go! Work faster!
Back inside the hospital, Endeavor and the other heroes were hard at work getting the Nomu under control. Suddenly Endeavor's communicator went off again.
*Mirko: Hey, team. I've got some old geezer crying over a Nomu down here.*
Endeavor: Is it the real Garaki? Or is it a copy?
*Mirko: Not sure. But I'll know once I kick 'im.*
Endeavor: Your goal is to capture the doctor.
*Mirko: After I rough him up.*
Endeavor: Well, I'd like to say we're on our way to help you, but we've got a few issues of our own. They might take a minute.
The drill Nomu sent out an attack which EraserHead rendered useless as he used his quirk to stop the Nomu's movements for Endeavor to finish it off.
Endeavor: Flashfire Fist. Jetburn! Mirko's on top...
Cutting him off, another Nomu attacked them from the side, but Rock-Lock kicked up a hospital bench and used his quirk to block the attack.
Rock-Lock: Deadbolt! We're putting the weak ones down but they won't stop coming.
*Mandalay: The last person has been evacuated. No need to hold back.*
Rock-Lock finds the door to the passage way of the Doctor's laboratory, opening it as the heroes began to rush in.
Rock-Lock: C'mon, we gotta help Mirko!
Crust: Right, we will not fail our mission!
Three more gray Nomu appear from behind as they try to attack Rock-Lock but EraserHead slides infront of him and uses his quirk to render them useless yet again.
