A helicopter is seen flying throughout the city of Jaku where the battle between newly awakened Shigaraki and the heroes continues.
Reporter: This is an aerial view of Jaku City and what a nightmare. I'm estimating a third of the city has been completely leveled. Heroes and rescue teams are evacuating citizens, but look at the current state of the streets! It's chaos down there! Dust clouds are obscuring the extent of the damage here, but the scene calls to mind the disaster in Deika City. What terrible force are the heroes fighting against? Hosu City, Camino Ward, and now this in Jaku. There seems to be no end to the massive terrorist attacks that began last year. And despite the army of police officers and pros on the ground, no information whatsoever has been released to the press. It begs the question: did authorities know about this catastrophe before it happened? Whatever the case, there's no doubt that the destruction we're witnessing today is worse than any incident in recent history. You have to wonder what exactly is going on in Japan right now. Is this the new normal? The dangerous future we're heading towards?
Various scenes pop up showing different people, All Might watching nervously from his laptop as the news broadcast plays, Fuyumi Todoroki at her job as children run down the hall, Natsuo sitting in his college classroom, as well as Inko, Rei, and Mitsuki all happy and enjoying their day as the battle goes on.
(Suji's POV)
After destroying a Nomu, I quickly rushed over to where Aizawa, Rock-Lock and the others were as Endeavor and Ryukyu kept trying to attack him.
Rock-Lock: Come on, Endeavor! Shigaraki must be stopped.
Suji: So, how's he holding up?
Aizawa: Kyoryoku?! What are you doing here, get away!
Suji: Sorry EraserHead. You and I both know I wouldn't turn down a fight. Especially when I might be the only one who can match him.
Endeavor used another fire attack as Shigaraki managed to maneuver in the air, slamming him, Endeavor and Ryukyu down to the ground as he stood on top of the with his fist raised up.

Shigaraki: Ouch. That stung. Hey, Number One. Is this the arm you held up that day? Probably should've checked before I beat you.
Endeavor: Get off!
Endeavor fired off a blast as Shigaraki hopped off of him and landed next to them.
Endeavor: Where did these new Nomu come from?
Shigaraki: It's simple, I have full control over Decay now. I wanted to keep the capsules from getting destroyed during that first wave, but I just couldn't save them all.
I walked closer to them as I smiled the entire time. Suddenly before I knew it, I made it within a few feet of Shigaraki and Endeavor. Which of course they both noticed and drew their attention towards me.
