Scarlett’s POV
“Hi reservation for Sloan.” Sam says. “Yes, right this way.” The hostess says not batting an eye at the fact that two celebrities are here but then again this is LA. “You used my mother’s maiden name?” I ask surprised, normally she uses her name. “I didn’t want the paparazzi to ruin our date.” She says. “Thank you.” I say holding her hand. “You know this is the first real date we’ve had in a long time.” Sam says. “I guess we just got caught up in other things.” I say, nodding in agreement. After a bit the waitress comes and gets our order. Sam and I talk about anything and everything that comes to mind. It reminds me of when it was just us. No kids to worry about just us. Now that I’m thinking of the kids I am worrying. “Their fine Scar they are with Lizzie.” Sam says as if she just read my mind. “How did you?” I ask. “You always worry when we leave them. I do too but I trust Lizzie and Robbie. Plus they have Sarah, Nicky, and Jr to help.” Sam says. “Thank you.” I say kissing her cheek. “For what?” She asks. “Calming my nerves, you always know what to say.” I tell her my smile never fades. “You do the same for me.” She says. “Haha that Sarah Johansson is funny.” We hear another customer laugh. “Isn’t her account private?” I ask. “Yeah it is.” Sam says. “Scarlett, what are you doing?” Sam asks as I get up and go to the man’s table. “Excuse me.” I say tapping his shoulder. “Oh Scarlett hi.” He says who the fuck is this guy? “Do I know you?” I ask. “It’ll come to you.” He says and leaves the restaurant. “That was so weird.” I tell Sam when I get back to our table and she nods “Did you see who he was?” I ask. “No.” She says and we finish our food and leave a good size tip and get in the car and head to Riverdance.

Sam’s POV
It’s intermission and Scarlett hasn’t stopped laughing at me. “Why are you laughing?” I ask her. “You are acting like a little kid. It’s cute.” She says. “Can you blame me? I've waited to see this for years.” I say excitedly. “I know, baby. That’s why I got us tickets.” She says. “How did you manage to get front row tickets last minute?” I ask. “I’m Scarlett Johansson. I have ways.” She says. “Well I love this thank you Babe.” I say pulling her in for a kiss. “You're welcome.” She says, giving me another kiss. “Let’s see what Sarah posted. I want to know who it was at the restaurant.” Scarlett says. “Ok I just want to see the meme.” I say

“Haha Ma this is for you”

“Oh the lights are dimming, the show is about to continue.” Scarlett says and the show continues and they begin to sing my favorite song The Heart’s Cry one of the few songs that has lyrics.

It’s short but beautiful and it made me cry. “I’m here baby.” Scarlett says resting her head on my shoulder her touch brings me comfort. “It’s just so beautiful.” I say wiping my eyes. “It is. I can see why you wanted to see this show.” She says as the dancers dance to the next song. We enjoy the rest of the show and just being in each other’s company. “I can’t believe you didn’t recognize Spencer.” I say as we drive home. “God, I feel awful about that. I was ready to break his nose.” She says with her head in her hands. “Hey, you met him once. I didn’t even know they were in the country. You just wanted to protect Sarah.” I tell her using my free arm ro rub her back. “I hope he’s not angry.” She says. “Spencer is the most laid back person I know. He won't be angry.” I tell her. “Lizzie is calling you.” She says looking at the dashboard and Lizzie’s name pops up since I am connected to the bluetooth. I press the answer button on the steering wheel. “Hey Liz, what can I do for you?” I ask. “The kids are asleep so Robbie, Jr, and I are with the girls in their apartment. Just be quiet when you come in.” She says. “Thanks for the heads up and thanks for watching them.” Scarlett says, “Of course I love them. And I saw Sarah’s post.” Liz giggles the last bit. “Oh god I am never living this down.” Scarlett groans, “Hey she only met Dad once, give her a break.” We hear Nicky say in the background. “Ugh fine. I’ll just find something else to mess with her about.” Liz says. “Liz we are pulling in now I’m going to hang up.” I tell her. “Ok feel free to join us down in the apartment.” She says before I hang up, “I don’t know about you but I am too tired to hang out tonight.” I tell Scarlett. “Yeah me too. I’ll just send Sarah a text telling her we aren’t going to join them tonight.” Scarlett says

I had to add a Kermit meme. The Heart’s Cry is from Riverdance and my favorite from the show. I was lucky enough to see it live a few years back. It was beautiful. Anygays see you in the next one.
