"Hey, mom." Sam greets as they meet her and another hunter outside a diner.

"Sam. Natalie. Dean. Larissa, Jacob, Billy, Daphne, Ophelia, Libby, Evie, Nathan. Wally." Mary introduces.

"Hi." Sam shakes his hand.

"Hi." Dean shakes Wally's hand.

"These are my kids, Sam's wife, Nat's husband, my granddaughters, Ophelia's boyfriend, and a couple of family friends." Mary tells Wally.

"Glad to meet you. She said a lot of good things." Dean says.

"Yeah, right back at you, man. Your, uh, your mom's real proud of you three kids." Wally says.

"Cas." Dean says as he walks over.

"Thanks for coming. I know you're busy." Mary says.

"I'm not really busy." Cas says.

"So, what? No luck with Lucifer's kid?" Sam asks.

"No, Kelly Kline, it's like she's... just disappeared." Cas says.

"Lucifer's kid? That's a joke, right?" Wally chuckles. "The..." He notices their serious looks. "It's not a joke."

"All right, ramblers. Let's get rambling." Dean says.

"Lucifer has a kid?" Wally asks as they walk into the diner.

"See, stage 2 is all about focusing on the intake of your macronutrients." Sam tells Libby, the two keeping their voices quiet.

"The what?" Libby asks.

"Carbs, fat, and protein." Sam tells her. "We need to get an appropriate balance of them so your body can function optimally." He explains.

"We can't just keep eating snacks?" Libby pouts.

"No." Sam chuckles. "And even though you don't look... how you did a year ago, you do look healthier. And I'm proud of you." He kisses her on the forehead. Libby smiles a little, nodding.

She does feel a little better, but the numbness she had is taking a lot longer to get better and she knows she's bottling up feelings that she doesn't want to express.

"Mandy. That's short for Amanda?" Dean asks the waitress.

"Duh." She says.

"Yeah, I'll-- I'll go with the cheeseburger." Dean says.

"Oh, yeah." Wally says.

"Hey, what's the, uh, wifi password here?" Sam asks.

"Extra cheese." Mandy says.

"No, no. Just, uh, as it is is fine." Dean says.

"That's the password. "Extra cheese."" Mandy says.

"You know what? That sounds good. I'm gonna change mine to a cheeseburger as well -- extra cheese. I wanna carbo-load." Wally says.

"Cheese isn't a carb." Mandy, Ophelia, Daphne, and Billy chorus.

"Cheese isn't a carbohydrate." Cas states at the same time.

"Mm, well." Wally shrugs. Mandy smiles at Cas who is confused.

"Steak and eggs. Bloody." Mary orders.

"And how 'bout you, handsome?" Mandy asks Cas.

"Um, uh..." Cas looks at his menu. "Uh, Sunrise Special, please."

"Nice." Mandy smiles before walking away.

"He doesn't even eat, he's just wasting money." Nathan whispers.
