Alright guys it's about that time and today Senator Steven Armstrong from Metal Gear runs the gauntlet where does he stop? I asked this question on my conversations post and as of the making of this chapter 4 people responded. Two saying he stops at Denji and the other two saying he clears.

In my opinion Armstrong doesn't clear but he can come fairly close.
His first round is Mikasa. Armstrong completely outclasses Mikasa in every important category. Including physical stats, raw power, and hax. Sure Mikasa has faced Titans like Annie and Reiner who have healing factors, Armstrong's healing factor is better than all the Titan shifters combined not to mention Mikasa has no way around those nanomachines, son. So in conclusion Armstrong is violating Mikasa in everyway possible with Mikasa being told she can't hurt him by the Senator himself.
Next up is Touka and she's roughly in the same boat as Mikasa. She has no way around Armstrong's stats or hax and Armstrong has multiple ways to dispatch her. Yes Touka is a Ghoul and has faced many foes like her but again Armstrong is far better than all of them combined. Touka's gonna lose to someone who played college ball and it's not from some cushy Ivy League school.
Up next is Yor and she's on the same boat as Mikasa and Touka but it's actually even worse than those two because Yor's only best feat is knocking a volleyball into space and even then that's not enough to keep up with Armstrong. While Yor is stronger than Loid and Fiona who beat several superhuman foes in a tennis match, Armstrong easily outclasses all of them. By the time the battle's finished the last thing Yor's gonna hear is "Don't fuck with this Senator!" Before proceeding to get her ass beat all while an invisible crowd cheers for the Senator.
Next up is Takina and I know I should've put her before Denji but that was my mistake. That being said I don't even need to explain why she loses this badly I mean she can't even dodge bullets so what makes her think she can keep up with Armstrong. And nobody in Lycoris Recoil has any counter to Armstrong's hax. Takina's gonna learn the hard way Armstrong's not one of those beltway pansies.
Moving on to the characters that could actually put up more of a fight is Denji. Denji definitely has some advantages over Armstrong. He scales to devils that can reach city block to island levels at best. But the issue here is that Armstrong scales to Raiden who can see laser beams in slow motion putting roughy around light speed and far faster than Denji. Not to mention Armstrong has a far better healing factor and way better hax such as telekinesis, fire manipulation, energy absorption, etc. Between hax and better speed, Armstrong's gonna tell Denji that he can break the President in two with his bare hands before backing it up with actions by actually ripping Denji in two.
But Deku is ultimately where Armstrong stops. Not only does Deku have FTL scaling but he has feats and scaling that range from island level, to country level, to multi-continental level, to barely planet level. Armstrong's healing factor and far superior hax would give Deku a hard time but if Deku can overtax Shigaraki who has a far better healing factor and hax, then between his physical stats, speed, strategy, and One For All Quirks, Deku's dominating the Senator no questions asked.
