Alright guys it's about that time and today's question of the day is: You have the ability to revive one character from the dead. Which one are you choosing? As of the making of this chapter 7 people responded and all gave interesting answers.

The first one out immediately is Eren Yeager. Look I love Eren as a character but ask yourself this: Why the Hell should anyone revive the same dude who literally whipped put 80% of the human population? Yes I get it Eren was destined to do it as he had no choice yes he did it to protect his friends and homeland, yes he was provoked into doing by Marley but let's not forget that Eren ended up killing INNOCENT PEOPLE who had nothing to do with Eren or Paradis's suffering, especially innocent little children. Contrary to what misanthropists will tell you, Eren truly didn't want to destroy the world he tried to find a better solution than what the future he saw since the moment he kissed Historia's hand and when he saw there was no hope in changing the future he accepted his fate. Also Eren wanted his friends and enemies to team up so they can kill him to save the world and so they can be painted as heroes and so they can live long and peaceful lives so I don't think he'd want to be revived. So I think we should take Mikasa and Armin's advice and just let Eren rest peacefully.
The next one I think should stay dead should stay dead is Itachi Uchiha. Not only would it be weird because he would have no eyes as they're implanted into Sasuke's to awaken the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, but I think Itachi should also be resting peacefully, he may not have been a great brother but he still died a shinobi's death and he made peace with Sasuke when he was revived in the War arc. Itachi may not have made the best decisions but in the end Itachi's sacrifice allowed Sasuke to grow albeit it took awhile but with Itachi's death, Sasuke would not be the man he is today.
The next one I think should stay in the grave is Jonathan Joestar. I know this an unpopular opinion given what he's been through. But let me ask you this: Why the Hell should Jonathan be revived around the time of Part 3, 4, 5, and 6? Like it doesn't make any sense at all because people like Erina would be dead. I guess reviving him around Part 2 makes sense but again I don't think he should come back to life. Without Jonathan's death, Giorno Giovanna would not be born as Dio conceived him using Jonathan's body and I don't know about you guys but I'm a Giorno fan as much as I am a Jotaro fan so I can't imagine a world without Giorno in it. Lastly Jonathan was clearly content with his death as he went out like a true gentleman he always wanted to be. Jonathan's suffering may be tragic especially at the hands of Dio but I think we should honor JoJo's sacrifice by letting him rest peacefully.
While we're at it we're going to have to keep Aerith dead as well. Aerith's death may be one of the most shocking and tragic deaths in video game history but like with most deaths, Aerith dying is a necessary evil because without her demise, Cloud and the others would not get the same kind of character development they had originally plus I think Aerith has accepted her fate so in my opinion we should just let her be with Zack Fair in Heaven.
The next one to stay dead is the man the myth the legend himself Jiraiya. Jiraiya's death was sad but in the end it's ultimately necessary for Naruto's character growth and development plus he went out like a true shinobi as a student learns their will for their teacher so just like Naruto he never gave up until the end. Naruto also wouldn't be able to understand the cruelty of the ninja world a lot better if it wasn't for Jiraiya's death.
The next one out is Ace. He may be one of the best anime brothers especially to Luffy and his death maybe tragic especially since he died right in front of Luffy and died in his arms, but just like Jiraiya, his death was necessary for Luffy to develop as a character otherwise he wouldn't never gotten stronger in the timeskip. I sure hope that sometime in the Final Saga, Luffy fights Akainu once again just so he can avenge Ace's death that would be the most satisfying thing to witness.
Next one to stay dead is Murata Himeko. Himeko is to Kiana to what Jiraiya is to Naruto. Himeko's death especially during the animated short Final Lesson was sad especially she died fighting her own student who was possessed by an entity but ended up saving her. But much like Jiraiya and Ace, Himeko's death was necessary as without it Kiana would've never learned or grew as a person once she discovered the world isn't all sunshine and rainbows and grow into the mature character we know her to be especially as the Goddess of Earth and Himeko's final lesson would not be worth it.
Which means the obvious choice on this list is Kyojuro Rengoku. Unlike the rest of the characters on this list Rengoku's death didn't have a lasting impact on the story. Yes he gets along well with Tanjiro, yes he said would train Tanjiro but Tanjiro barely knew him and therefore though his death was sad it's child's play compared to everyone else who had an established relationship with said character before they died and in some cases developed the protagonist. You could easily replace Rengoku with any other Hashira and the impact would still be the same. Had Rengoku developed a proper mentorship with Tanjiro from the start this might be different. So yeah I'm reviving Rengoku bro had so much potential.
