(A/N: So uh... yeah, I'm still here. Still alive. Sorry chat, I just was avoiding some comments like the plague, but I'm back! My happiness has been restored and- shit. No banner. Yeah. That's going to be a problem for a bit. I'll try to get those.. back. I know you all probably don't care about the banners too much, but I gen feel bad cause I was aiming to at least make one for each chapter. Can't do that without smtg to draw on.

Second Arc.

"Y/n isn't here today, huh..?" Worker B frowned, "I didn't expect that."

Worker C glanced over at your chair. It was weird seeing it empty, she was getting used to you. "I know, right? And we didn't get word of this beforehand or anything."

"Nooobody cares, oh my God." Worker A hissed. Honestly, she was going to stay quiet, but this back-and-forth between B and C was getting a little annoying. "It's one day. You'll be fine."

"That's literally not the point-" C mumbled, you spent all this time not missing a single day, and you broke up with your boyfriend recently.. even if he did go missing.  B and C were just curious, maybe a little concerned, too. "Are you sure you're not just petty towards Y/n because you're crushing on Sun?"

Worker A hissed immediately in response, her expression turning into a scowl as she turned to face the two. "Shut up! You're just coping, still stuck in the family zone with your crush, aren't you, C?"

C gasped, before crossing her arms and facing back towards the desk. "Tsk. So you are crushing on Sun. I'd rather be in the 'family-zone' cause at least he cares about me." Worker C retorted, but her voice was less snappy than she wanted it to be. She already knew she didn't have a chance, but it was still different hearing it from someone else.

Worker B watched for a moment. "..You have a crush on someone? I didn't know that." He said under his breath. Worker C was his best friend. B kinda hoped she'd tell him something like that before telling A, and it made a part of him feel weirdly upset, but he still offered C a smile. "-I wish you told me. I could help you out, you know I can be a pretty helpful wingman." B teased, just trying to lighten the mood of the room—he wasn't good at it.

Worker C just stared at him. She opened her mouth to say something, but it pulled into a frown, and she looked forward again, letting out a sigh and resting her chin on the desk, slumped over. "Ha-ha... yeah... totally."

"Yeah, you guys just talk-talk away, while I do all the work."

"We are doing work—why are you being such a bitch?" B shot back.

"She kept saying I have a crush on Sun! Like twice!"

"You never even denied it! Obviously, she'd say that. You've been so weird around him and Y/n ever since they started working here again."

Worker A huffed, her lip quirking up in irritation. "I don't like Sun. Happy? I'm not going to get a crush on some... some.. robot."

C sat up a bit, her brows furrowed, "Or do you like Y/n? And you're just being a tsundere?" C mocked.

A simply shook her head though, in her mind there wasn't a reason to get defensive, "I'm not going to like Y/n. They're... a certain type of person. And I don't like that group too much."

"..." C and B both stared at her like they were trying to decode that with positivity. But there were only really a couple of things she could've meant with that statement. "What is that supposed to mean?.." B asked slowly, it sounded a lot like she could've meant a minority or uncommon group or mentality thing, but that just seemed too outdated for this age.. again, thinking positively.

Waiting felt like forever.

You didn't know the time, and with all your senses tucked away, you were so... bored.
Did you want them to come back? Want a conversation with one or the other..?

Kind of. You could try and finesse your way out.. maybe come up with an agreement. This couldn't be how this ended... it couldn't be, because you couldn't imagine it. Things had to eventually work out.. right-?
Moon said that the only thing they wanted you to do, was to stay up there, in the room, with them. What about Sun?
What if Moon got bored of you? They had to let you go eventually. It wasn't like you were brought up there to be killed.
Oh, God. What about hygiene? As long as they don't give you a litter box or diaper, you could make it work for a little bit... was this like an extended sleepover?

You very quickly abandoned that thought when you remembered the way you were bound. Right. That's definitely not the same thing.. didn't Moon threaten you multiple times right before you first left the Plex..? So could you even trust either of them?

Doesnt matter. You just need to know their full motive to figure out a compromise...
You went slack against the restraints, what was wrong with you? You knew it was best to leave, you should've stayed gone from the beginning. But maybe.. if they let you go, you might as well indulge a bit too.

-

When Sun's voice woke you up, your body jerked against the restraints. "Aww, Sunshine! You're so sleepy, aren't you? I'll let you go right back to sleep in a moment, swear! But I don't have much time, so we should get you all taken care of~" He cooed, peeling off your blindfold, the sudden bright light making you wince.
...is he not going to apologize? Show a little shame at least... no, he seemed happy to see you there, happy you weren't thrashing.

Sun plucked the object from your mouth, and with a morbid fascination, you watched as some kind of DIY gag fell from his hands. Sun watched you for a bit, expecting you to say something... or scream, or maybe even push past him and try and jump down the balcony or something.. but when you didn't he smiled, continuing to talk. "Such a quiet ray you are now, I told Moon you could behave! Now. Are you hungry, Sunshine? Thirsty? Need to use the restroom? I only have 30 minutes before me and Moon need to leave you..." he pouted, gently undying the rest of your restraints before scooping you into his arms. "But we'll be riiight back after!"

"Uh.." you trailed, quickly glancing away as you held onto Sun. You knew he wasn't going to drop you, but you didn't exactly like being held high. "I guess I should get a restroom break.." You trailed, "But- Sun..-"
"Ah-ah-ah." He hushed you, a 'tsk' sound leaving his voice box as he shook his head. "I know what you're gonna try. And you can't try and convince me like you convinced Moon. How about this," Sun brought the both of you to the edge of the balcony as the wire hooked onto his back, "-we get you all nice and babied for the day, and if we have extra time you can talk all you want."

If, huh?
"What do you mean you only have 30 minutes..? What's going on?" You asked, but you didn't get a response. Of course you didn't. As soon as you asked, the wire letting out a hiss, dropping the both of you. You had to close your eyes before the land, your grip tightening on Sun the second you felt like your stomach was going into your throat. Jesus. Couldn't he have done it slowly?
Your eyes slowly opened after the thud.

"You're going to get yourself all situated in the bathroom, and then you can see what me and Moon got for you! Aren't you hungry too? Maybe even give you a bath... wouldn't that be nice, Sunshine? To relax while we take care of you.." Sun purred, clearly getting a little distracted by the idea before he shook his head, placing you down in front of the bathroom doors. "Hurry up, I'll be waiting riiight here~"

You looked back at Sun, your eyebrows raising a little. "You're going to stay outside, but what if.." You trailed, it seemed a little weird letting someone you kidnapped have a level of freedom only a couple of hours later.

Sun tilted his head, his voice the same cheery and patient tone, but this time it seemed pretty sardonic. "There's no windows in there. Or do you think you'd need help?" Sun slightly mocked, and you frowned a bit in return, making his smile falter. "..Just teasing you, dewdrop."

To be honest, more than half of the time you had in the bathroom was spent sitting against the wall, head hanging in your hands as you took some deep breaths. You were fine right now, but you needed a second. They were still the same animatronics from before, and Sun acted as if nothing could be wrong with what he was doing. Maybe that's what he thought, maybe he thought he had the excuse for tying you up. It was day one, you had to remind yourself that it hadn't been a month or anything. There was still plenty of hope you could hold on to, hope that said that everything would turn out just fine.
