Harry's P.O.V

I didn't open my eyes when I woke up. The hand that was running through my hair before I had drifted off was still there, but it wasn't moving. Opening my eyes finally, I looked up to see that Tahira had fallen asleep too. The sky outside was dark and I calculated that we were probably reached half way of our journey, if not more.

When I looked back at Tahira I realised that her neck would crick badly if she kept sleeping like she was. Getting up, I was about to shake her awake but didn't have the heart to wake her up so decided against it. Instead, I got up from the bed and walked towards the other side.

As carefully as I could, I placed an arm around her shoulders and one under the knees before picking her up. I placed her legs down first, pulling the pillow she had put aside before, so it was positioned under her head. Just as I lowered her, she stirred, eyes opening a little and she gave me a confused look

"Harry?"

"Sh... Go back to sleep." I whispered as I lay her head down on the pillow.

"What time is it?" She asked, her voice hoarse from sleep

"I don't know, but it's dark outside." I said and she nodded, but sat up instead of going back to sleep like I had told her to. Before I could tell she to go to sleep again, her stomach grumbled in hunger and she blushed slightly

"I forgot we skipped lunch." I said and she chuckled and got out of bed

"Let's fix that, shall we?"

After exhausting hours of travel, we had finally reached Bali. Taking our room keys from the reception, I was grinning the whole way to our room, my eyes not leaving Tahira who was looking all around in wonder, glee and excitement present on her face and the slight skip in her step as she walked ahead of me.

"This is amazing!" She exclaimed, walking towards the private beach (on my request to the resort) which came with our room(it was like a villa), barefoot while I leaned against the door with my arms crossed on my chest, just watching her with a small smile.

"Aren't you tired from the travel?" I called out and she shook her head jogging back towards me

"Not anymore. This... It's breathtaking." She said, looking out towards the sunset with a smile but I couldn't look away from her

"You're right. It is breathtaking." I said, reluctantly moving my gaze from her and looking at the sunset. She rested her back against me and I immediately wrapped my arms around her shoulders, pulling her close to me and her hands came up to rest on my arms.

"Have I ever mentioned that I like the idea of cuddling up to someone most of the time?" Tahira asked the next morning. We were currently laying on the bed. Well, I was. Tahira was sprawled across my chest, head resting on my shoulder as our hands played with each other in the air.

I chuckled "No. I'm afraid you haven't." I said and felt her grin against my shoulder just as she caught my large hand in her small one but I laughed

"Try again." I said twisting my wrist and capturing her hand in mine, my hand completely engulfing hers before letting go.

"It's not my fault I have such small hands. Or you have big ones for that matter." She muttered and I chuckled

"Well, I wouldn't have it any other way. Or you for that matter." I said and felt her cheek warm up a bit against me shoulder

"Your hand fits in mine like it's made just for me

But bear this in mind it was, meant to be."

I sang and she chuckled "Could you get any cheesier than that?" She asked but I knew she was blushing brightly right now

"It's everything about you, you, you

Everything that you do-"

"Alright, I get your point!" Tahira said and I laughed, my fingers involuntarily tickling her making her jump slightly. Her head snapped up at me, both of us had our eyes wide in realisation

"Did you just..." I trailed off as a mischievous grin came on my face. Her eyes widened even more before scrambling off of me, realising my intentions and I quickly followed her off the bed.

She took hesitant steps backwards "Harry, don't." She said and I chuckled

"Absolutely not." I said and took a few steps towards her. She gave out a small squeal and ran towards the glass door which led to the beach. I stayed where I was standing for a few seconds before chasing her outside

"You can't outrun me!" I shouted and ran behind her, hot sand under my bare feet.

"I can try!" She called back and I chuckled, easily catching up to her

"Hi." I said just as I was in reaching distance of her. I restrained her quickly with an arm while I used my hand to attack her sides making her burst out laughing

"Harry! Stop!" She said and I grinned

"Nope."

"Let me breathe at least!" She exclaimed and I chuckled before removing my hand from her sides and just hugged her from behind, resting my chin on her shoulder

"Well, this was a fun morning." I said as she pant before giving a small laugh

"The fun just started." She said much to my confusion but then she turned around in my arms, removing herself from them and before I knew it, I heard a splash and felt my whole body getting wet.

I quickly sat up while Tahira's laughter echoed in the air. I shook my head at her, a few chuckles escaping my lips and pushed the wet strands away from my face. I splashed the water at her, getting a shocked look before reaching up and pulling her down in the water beside me.

After a small water fight between us, Tahira and I sat on the beach in our wet clothes, basking in the suns heat.

"You know, there's something I've always wanted to tell you, but I never did." I said and Tahira looked back up at me as she was sitting between my legs on my request

"What? Is it something bad?" She asked and I shook my head

"No, nothing bad." I said and she looked up at me expectantly so in reply, I just pointed towards what I'd drawn in the sand a few moment before. She looked down at it and a small blush came on her face.

On the sand, I had made a heart. Not a big one, but big enough to fit an 'I' and 'You' in it. To my surprise, she placed her finger under the heart and carved out a '2' in the sand. I let out a small chuckle of disbelief, giving her a kiss on her temple and she grinned

"Not the most romantic way to tell someone you love them, but it doesn't make it any less perfect." Tahira said and I grinned, hugging her closer to me and whispered in her collarbone

"Well I'm glad you liked it. Because you're stuck with me. Forever."
