Well, the wedding's in two more days.
I can't believe it.
It's that feeling when summer's vacation's almost here except, this feeling was far more than that.
To be honest, I'm excited.
I begged and begged Landon's parents, my dad and Layla to cancel the wedding a few weeks ago and now, it's all different.
I was really excited.
And I mean REALLY excited.
Landon was released from the hospital yesterday, thankfully.
I was glad he remembered me and he was back home.
As I walked downstairs and into the living room, I walked up behind Landon who was watching football. I wrapped my arms around his neck behind him and said, "Hey."
"Hey, babe." he said and gave me a light peck on the lips.
I walked over next to him and sat down.
He puts his arm around me as I rested my head on his shoulder.
"I love you, Landon." I softly whispered.
He takes my hand and kisses it like he did yesterday, "I love you too."
"I can't believe the wedding's almost here." I said.
"I know. I can't wait to see you in the wedding dress." he said, smiling.
"I can't wait to see you down the aisle." I said, smiling back.
"Aww, everybody can't wait to see eachother."
I looked behind me and saw Darcy with her hands on her hips.
"Hey, Darcy!" I said.
"Don't 'hey Darcy' me, Skye Harris." she says, "You promised me to meet me at the mall 2 hours ago. And you weren't there. You're just flirting with Landon."
"Holy sh---oh my god. I'm so sorry!" I said.
"Haha, it's fine." she said and sat down next to me, "So, who's winning?"
"Dallas." Landon replied.
"Yaaa---" she trailed off when she saw Landon and I glaring at her.
"I mean, fuck..." she said.
Darcy: A true Dallas Cowboys fan.
"You're such a traitor, Darcy." I said.
"Well, there's nothing wrong with being a Dallas Cowboys fan." she said.
"Well, it's wrong being against the Minnesota Vikings." I said.
"I never said that!" she said.
"Girls are so annoying." I heard Landon mutter.
Darcy and I glared at him and gave him a "You did not just say that" look.
"C'mon, what am I suppose to say?" Landon asked.
"You could say that I'm the best girlfriend in the world." I said, smiling.
"You are the best girlfriend in the world." he said, smiling back.
"Aww, thank you!" I said as we both leaned in for a kiss.
"Cute but....ew." she said, "It's so wierd to see you guys like this. You two used to be always bickering and fighting over the smallest things."
"Well, we changed." I said.
"Nice to see that but I miss the bickering sometimes." she said.
"Everyone misses the bickering. Even I do." says Landon.
"It can't come back. 'Cause we're together." I said.
"That's true." he says.
"Ugh...Tanner." I heard Darcy mummble.
"What?" I asked her.
"He dropped his iTouch in the toilet again." she said.
"Again?" I asked.
"He plays on his iTouch everytime he goes to the bathroom." she said.
"He must be hooked on Angry Birds." Landon says.
"Well, I gotta go." she says, getting up.
"So soon?" I asked.
"Yeah. My mom has no idea I'm here so I gotta run." she said.
"Toodly-doo." I said, waving at her.
"Can't wait for your wedding!" she said, "Expecially the reception!"
"You'll love the reception." I said.
"You already saw what it looks like?!" she said, surprised.
"Maybe." Landon said, smiling.
"Well, we are going to be the newly weds." I said.
"You guys are killing me!" she said and walks out the door.
"Gotta love Darcy." I said.
I snuggled close to Landon and then, thought of something.
"Hey Landon." I said, "Where's Zane?"
"I....I dunno. Is he upstairs?" he asks.
"I have no idea. I haven't seen him since yesterday." I said, "You think he's up to something?"
"No clue." he said, "Maybe he's jealous that you're my girlfriend now."
I blushed to what he said and tried to hide it, "He likes me?"
"He told me he has a crush on you once." he said, "I guess he likes you."
"Oh..." I said.
"But hey, you're mine." he said, kissing me.
"I know." I said, smiling.
