I got off the plane in Maine hoping that his mother knew where he is and what's going on. I got out the cab outside Carolyn's house and knocked on the door.
"Meredith?" Nancy said
"Hi Nancy can I come in I need to talk to you" I asked and she let me in where I was greeted by Carolyn
"Meredith what are you doing here" she asked
"I'm looking for Derek he's been missing for 3 days"
"He's not home he was here yesterday" Carolyn asked
"Did he say anything"
"He said that he doesn't deserve to be loved and that both yours and Christopher's lives will be better without him" she said as I slumped down
"Did you try to talk him out of it" I asked
"Well Kathleen slapped him and he walked out"
"When he gets back he'll be getting more than a slap" I joked
"Meredith I would go home and wait it out" Carolyn said hugging me
"Ok thank you I'll see you soon"
"Sure will and remember to bring Christopher" she said letting me go.
I called a cab and headed to the airport.
Derek's POV
"Can everyone fasten their seat belts as we will be arriving at Glasgow airport soon" the flight attendant said.
