➾Go to bed early. It'll take a bit to fall asleep, anyway.
➾Stop thinking negatively about yourself and others.
➾Stop dwelling in the past. If you feel yourself starting to think about a sad/embarrassing moment that happened, stop yourself.
➾Enjoy the little things in life.
➾Don't compare yourself to others.
➾Try yoga. You can watch Netflix/YouTube while trying poses.
➾Don't put things off. Get them done.
➾Avoid processed things.
➾Stretch daily, you'll become more flexible.
➾Listen to peaceful music.
➾Tidy up your room.
➾Wear clothes that make you happy and comfy.
➾Throw away / Give away things you don't need.
