disclaimer: you are fine the way you are, and your breast size doesn't make you more or less of a woman, but if you would prefer bigger breasts without surgery, then keep on reading.

1. Study
- hit the books on the subject of making your boobs grow. you can learn new tips and tricks, and find that small breasts may coincide with certain disorders or genetics.
       
2. Drink up.
- Research has proven that one of the best natural ways to make your breasts grow is drinking a mixture of papaya juice and milk daily (I'm sure it'd have the same affect if you drank them separately). You can also eat fresh papaya as an alternative.

3. Exercise
- there are several exercises you can do to enhance your chest and make your breasts grow. working on pectoral muscle is a great start (workout will be later in chapter).

4. Breast enhancement herbs
- take natural female health supplements and herbs. you should notice a difference in overall health and breast size after just a few months.

5. Eat protein
- it's one of the best ways to make your boobs grow. try eating more milk, eggs, peanut butter, lean fish, nuts, and chicken. cut out sugar, soda, processed foods, and replace them with water and vitamins that your body needs to develop.

6. Try breast creams
- (yes, there are such things.) there are several natural creams that can help your breasts grow. they help tighten and lift, making them firmer and appear larger. check our your local health food stores and online, but be aware of scams.

7. Patience
-  most of you guys might not even be done growing. if you're an adolescent girl, wait for puberty to pass before determining if your boobs are too small. the "growth spurt" usually finished up between ages 16 and 19, but breasts never stop growing and changing. often, breasts grow in spurts, so you may see a huge change overnight in the size of your breasts.

8. Massage your breasts
- it's been proven that massaging breasts can help them grow. it can be done at day or night, and it helps with the tissues in your breasts.

9. Birth control pills.
- don't see the name and freak out. birth control pills are actually very commonly known to help regulate periods, to help fix up acne, and balance hormones, so don't be so scared to ask for them. I know several people, including myself, that use birth control pills for their additional benefits. the pills are packed with estrogen, which means taking them will make your boobs grow faster. consult with your doctor first! mine were recommended, because I used to get my periods every 2-3 weeks (ik), but you should talk to them and make sure it doesn't do anything to affect other medications you're taking.

10. Flax seed
- they have been known to increase breast tissue growth, and can really help your breasts grow larger. try them in smoothies, granola bars, and other foods.

11. yoga
- if exercise isn't your thing, try yoga. these poses help increase breast size (Google them) > bhujangasana, gowmukhasana, ustrasana, vrikshasana, and dwikonasana.

12. Lentils
- they contain estrogen and can help increase your breast size.

13. dairy products
- another food that contains estrogen. almond milk is great, because it also contains protein, another breast enlarger. you can also eat soy products, just make sure it's non-gmo

14. Beetroots
- chop it up and add it to other veggies or add it to a green juice.

15. Healthy grains
- healthy grains like rice can help build breast tissue

16. Multivitamin
- a substitute for taking supplements. find a multivitamin that contains vitamins A, C, and E. They also provide additional health benefits

Workout for bigger breasts:

some exercises you might have to look up, I suggest going to the cosmopolitan page because they have them all there. all you need for this workout is a set of lights dumbbells(3-5 pounds is plenty, you can also use cans or water bottles as substitutes) and a Swiss ball (or a bench or mat). Do 2-3 sets of up to 12 reps of each move below. Do the routine 3-4 times a week to see results.
