Dinner

Megan's P.O.V
I looked at myself in the mirror and smiled. Tonight was that dinner that dad was talking about. He had invited a good amount if people. Friends and family. Maya had picked out a cute outfit for me. Dad said something nice. Maya took his words as an advantage and got to work by looking through my closet. I sat on my bed watching as she pulled out different clothes and some I thought were nice but others I shook my head no. Soon she pulled out a nice outfit and I shook me head yes. (Outfit above) I changed and now I was looking in the mirror at my appearance. Maya had curled my hair so it looked nice. Her brown hair was curled neatly and she wore a red sweater with a black skirt and brown boots. We exited the bedroom and saw Chase trying to catch West. Chase wore a blue sweater and jeans. When Chase ran past Maya and me, I quickly picked up West and he licked my face. We left the hallway and I put down West. Maya walked over to Faith's room. Dad let Ben sleep in Kaiden's old crib since Maya would stay for a little bit. We were going to DisneyLand tomorrow as a family. Grandma would watch Faith and Ben. I saw Robert and Jeremy talking with drinks in their hands. Dad was talking to Uncle Scott. Then something caught my eye.
"AMBER! TOBY! STEPHANIE! LUKE!" I said running to my friends. Amber was wearing a brown sweater and jeans with red converse sneakers and her short brown hair was curled. Toby was wearing a lumberjack style button up shirt that was red with dark jeans and brown boots. Stephanie wore a white sweater with a green skirt and black flats. Luke was wearing a blue button up shirt with light colored jeans and black converse sneakers. I gave Toby a kiss on the cheek. I was so happy to see him. Amber pulled me into a bone crushing hug.
"It's so good to see you Meggy!" Amber said before letting me on the ground again. Then Luke and Toby gave me a big hug. Soon Amber and Steph joined in for the hug.
"BEST FRIEND HUG!" I said as Robert rushed over and tried to wrap his arms around all of us. Chase squeezed in between and stood next to me in the middle. I heard Maya and Dad laughing.
"I'm being hugged by Iron Man!" Toby said with excitement. Such a Marvel fanboy. I wrapped my arms around Toby and hugged him tightly.
"I missed you" I said smiling.
"I missed you too" Toby said squeezing me. I saw Robert in the corner of my eye death stare Toby, "I think Iron Man scares me." I laughed at his words.
"Don't mind Robert. They are all just protective. For 4 years almost 5 I've known these guys" I said smiling, I turned to see Dad and Maya step out back for a second. I couldn't help but smile. I let go of the hug and walked to the door to the outside. I watched as Maya made dad laugh. They were best friends. They acted like siblings. I couldn't wait till tomorrow. I walked back over to my friends watching as Amber messed up Chase's brown hair. I couldn't help but laugh. I felt a tap on my shoulder and I turned to see a certain ginger haired Brit.
"Hiddleston" I said crossing my arms with a smile.
"Evans" he said mocking my posture.
"I missed you" I said hugging him.
"Hey how about next week I'll take you to set of Crimson Peak?" He asked smiling.
"Talk to dad about that" I said smiling.
"We start filming in two days" Tom said fixing his hair, "then we also film I Saw The Light."
"Busy Brit" I said as Chase ran over and hugged Tom. Chase and Tom had a bond that couldn't be broken. Chase also had a very strong bond with Downey, Renner, and Stan. Then I saw someone enter the house. I turned to see none other than Boo Bear.
"BOO BEAR!" I said with excitement as Seb walked over to me and Tom.
"Hey" he said with a large smile.
"Where's Falcon Big Butt?" I asked. I called Anthony that all the time. I'm not aloud to say the last word in the name he calls dad. Captain Little Butt. There I'll just say butt as a cover up.
"Falcon Big Butt? He's coming" Winter Boo Bear said.
"Awesome" I said as Anthony walked through the door.
"FALCON BIG BUTT!" I said with excitement making Anthony's head shoot up and a grin formed on his features.
"RAINBOW!" He said in return. The name Rainbow came to be because we were on set one day and I saw a rainbow after it rained and I was jumping around like a goofball. Anthony has called me Rainbow ever since.
"That'll never go away anytime soon" I said.
"No it will not" Anthony said as he hugged me.
We all had sat down for dinner. Maya made Mac 'n' cheese. Uncle Scott told me it was better than dad's. Let me tell you: it was! It was amazing. We all told stories. Amber said about the time Tom, Toby, Luke and Dad pranked me, Steph, and Amber. We were all laughing. Maya had to feed Ben so she went to the bedroom. This year for Halloween we all started talking about it. Either Disney characters or Addams Family. I called dibs on Wednesday. Chase called dibs on Pugsley. Scarlett said she'd be Debbie from the second film. Tom should be Lurch. Dad would be Gomez. Maya agreed to being Morticia. Robert said he could be Uncle Fester. I would pay to see that. But if we were Disney Characters I planned on being Wendy from Peter Pan. Chase said he'd be Peter. Dad said he'd be Captain Hook. Maya said she'd be Tiger Lilly. Scarlett would be Tinker Bell. Robert said he could do Smee. This would be a fun Halloween. But we'd still have to figure out the other costumes.
After everyone left, except for Maya and Uncle Scott. Maya would be staying in the guest room. Uncle Scott was just helping clean up. I had taken a shower and had gotten ready for bed. West jumped into bed with me and curled up beside me.
"Night Meggy" said dad as he entered the room.
"Goodnight dad" I said smiling as he turned off the light and gave me a kiss on the forehead.
"Love you" he said.
"Love you too" I said as he left the room closing the door behind him.
