Chapter 14- proposition
***Amelia's POV***
It's been about a week since I've been here I've still got a few days left from Alice's proposition. I don't know on how to do it. I can't randomly go in his arms for a few minutes. What will he think he probably shake me off. I need to think of a good idea. I'm sitting next to Max now so I better not fantasize about him. He seems to be in his own world. I looked at his brown eyes he seemed to be concentrating on something but when I asked him what he just said he was thinking. My dad would know what is going through his mind I'm kind of curious. Everyone else seemed to be doing their own thing grandma, Aunt Alice, Uncle Jasper, mum and dad are renovating upstairs I'm not sure what they are through they seem to be really busy. Grandpa is at the hospital and Reneesme and Jacob are watching a movie together. Uncle Em and Aunt Rose are hunting. Me and Max are just sitting next to each other randomly. I looked at him again and he was looking at me I smiled and said
"What?"
"Nothing just thinking." He said. Again with the thinking. I looked at his hair it looks so soft I really want to touch it to see if it is as soft as I think. Wait I need to cut out of it! I pinched myself.
"Ouch!" I said out loud. Why did I say that out loud? Well it did hurt.
"Amelia are you alright? Why did you say ouch?" he asked.
"No reason." I lied. He looked at me and said
"Really then why do you have a pinch mark on your arm?" he asked. Did he see that I put my arm behind and said
"Pinched myself."
"Let's see it you must of done it hard." He said I surrendered my arm he held it and looked at it. He stroked it carefully the electrical current passed through us but it didn't seem to bother him and I wasn't complaining. It was nice I want him to keep doing that it's very soothing. "You pinched yourself pretty hard but you are not bleeding and Amelia why did you pinch yourself?" He said.
"Urr... I wanted to know umm... I don't know." I said I don't really have an excuse. He laughed at me.
