-Ian's POV-

After leaving Genny's house, Tiffany and I were pretty upset with ourselves. We went back to her place and she said that she needed to do some things and then she wanted to talk to me.

I laid down on the couch and just felt really guilty for what Genny had to see. I mean, Ash was in the living room too, I hope to god he didn't see us.

What would Genny think of me now? I was one of her best guy friends...and now I made out with her best girl friend...OH MY GOD. What about Melanie? She can not find out about this...we've already been having some troubles in our relationship and me sleeping with another girl would just make it all explode in front of my eyes.

I couldn't focus on anything specific - I just stared straight ahead at the TV that glowed at night on the entertainment center.

-Tiffany's POV-

I walked into my bedroom and closed the door. I stood there for a while, thinking about what just happened. I mean, sure Ian's a great guy, but he and I are supposed to share a hatred, or so Genny and Anthony think.

I didn't know what came over me...but for that moment, his beautiful blue eyes, and his stupid-looking bowl hair cut made my heart skip a beat and he was the only thing I wanted.

Genny was going to hate me for a while, I know it. But I know she'll forgive me faster than she will Ian.

Ian...Ian. Doesn't he have that girlfriend? What about her? I moved over to my bed and sat criss-cross in the center of it. I probably just ruined his relationship with her. What was her name again? Morgan? Megan? Maria? Oh I don't know...all I know is that I most likely ruined my whole entire life right there and possibly his.

I perked up - how about I tell him that it meant nothing to me? Then he'll go back to Molly, wait...no, I think it's Maya, yeah, Maya, and then everything will be okay!

I got out of my room and rushed into the front room.

"Ian!" I shouted. He shot up and was looking at me. I walked around the coffee table and sat next to him on the couch, fighting the urges to kiss him again. To be fair, he was a really good kisser.

"What?" He asked me.

-Ian's POV-

I couldn't help but gawk at Tiffany's beautifulness. Her blonde hair was pulled back into a messy bun and she still wore makeup, though it had faded throughout the day.

"I want to talk about...what happened at Genny's." She said softly.

"Yeah, me too." I replied.

"Okay, so, I wanted you to know that...the whole thing...meant nothing to me." She kept constant eye contact with me. Her gorgeous green eyes penetrated my blue ones.

"Yeah, me too." I repeated.

She smiled and relaxed. "Good. Because you and Miley..."

"Do you mean Melanie?" I asked her. Who the fuck was Miley?

Her jaw dropped. "That's what her name is...Yes, you and Melanie should still be good, right?"

I nodded my head. "Yeah." But to be honest, I had no idea how Melanie was going to feel, even if I told her. Well, I'm not a retard, of course I'm not going to tell her. That'd be foolish of me.

She leaned back, "I wonder how mad Genny is going to be...I mean, we were supposed to be watching her kid and all we did was have sex on her couch."

I just stared at her. It was like she was Aphrodite and I was Hephaestus, her charming ways and me with my ugliness...or so everyone thought on all of the social media sites.

She sat up, "Well, I need to go get ready for a party I'm going to tonight. You are glad to stay here after I leave, but I think it'd be better for you to go back home to Melanie."

"Yeah, sounds fair." I said standing up. She stood up to, crossing her hands over her chest. "Thanks for a really good night." I closed my eyes in regret for saying those words.

She smirked. "You're welcome." She walked past me and back to her bedroom. But before I left, she popped her head out and said, "Me too."

I walked out of the house and down the stairs, not wanting to go see Melanie with the guilt that was weighing me down.

-Third Person POV-

Ian stalked back home and was greeted happily by Melanie, which happened on rare occasions. She told him that she just came back from work and that she was getting a promotion. He couldn't help but be happy for her, she'd been working so hard for so long that she really deserved it. As she went in for a long, tender kiss with Ian, Ian couldn't help but remember what had happened only a few hours prior to coming back home.

Tiffany got all dolled up and went to one of the many parties she had booked for this month. She partied with a guy named Harry frequently, and they had sort of a relationship, but not one where one person would be upset if they started seeing someone else. When she was dancing with him, with a drink in her hand and the music blasting loud, all she could think about was Ian. Everyone at the party seemed to look like Ian to her, and it was driving her insane. She dropped her cup, having it splash all over her cleanly shaved legs and Harry's jeans and ran out of the house.

Ian and Melanie were watching a late night movie, one they bought on demand, to celebrate Melanie's promotion. When Melanie fell asleep, clinging to Ian's arm, Ian wanted to make a break for it. He needed to see Melanie once more tonight. He gently uncurled her fingers from his arm and sneaked out of the house.

To both of their surprise, they were headed for the same place - Genny's loft. When the both walked up to the revolving glass door. They glanced at each other and smiled.

Ian held out his hand and Tiffany placed her gently in his. They began to walk off somewhere, neither of them had anything specific in mind, just somewhere where they could be together and not have to worry about Genny finding them or Ash seeing them. They were together and they couldn't help but feel right.
