Netflix And Facetime

I ran up to her. She smelled like pure alcohol. There was glass shattered. She was drunk. She was surrounded by used cigarettes. She was smoking again. She had quit smoking about a year ago. I helped her up and leaded her to the bathroom. I washed her face and leaded her to her room again. I laid her down. As I was putting the blankets over her she grabbed my arm and said "Sorry I let you down baby girl. I just couldn't hold it anymore..." She fell asleep.

I picked up the cigarettes from the floor and began to clean up the glass from the floor. She seemed depressed. Is it my fault? Maybe if I wasn't with the boys then she wouldn't have been smoking again. I threw out the glass and and went up to my room. It was clean just the way I left it. I charged my phone and took of my shoes. I lit a candle and sat in my bed. My phone buzzed. It was a text from Daniel.

I grabbed my phone and texted him back.

Me: hey!
Daniel: wyd?
Me: nothing just found out my mom is smoking again. I probably won't be going to devs for a while.
Daniel: its OK I'll tell the boys if ya want.
Me: k thanks, so whats up
Daniel: so my family is having a party tomorrow and they said I can bring somebody. Wanna come?
Me: yeah!
Daniel: its not a date. Its just I don't wanna be surrounded by annoying cousins all day.
Me: ya ik
Daniel: k I'll text ya tmm

I put my phone down and walked to the bathroom. I removed my clothes and jumped in the shower. I washed my body and then my hair. I shut of the water and then stepped out. I patted my body dry then wrapped my towel around my body.

I went in my room and started to look for clothes. I got a black VS sports bra and some black sweatpants. I let my wet hair go and decided to let it air dry. I opened my closet to put my coat that I left in my bed back in the closet. I found this white box. I picked it up and put it in my bed. I opened it. It was a Mac laptop. I have forgotten that my mom was going to buy me a laptop for homeschooling. I sat on my bed and began to set up my laptop.

After at least an hour of setting up my laptop I decided to go on Netflix. I started to watch Fuller House. I heard my phone ring. It was Kevin. He wanted to Face time. I answered.

Kevin: ayee
Me: hey! I said rubbing my eyes
Kevin: so Veda told me what happened. You OK?
Me: yeah I'm fine. I just want to stay with my mom for a bit so she doesn't start smoking again.
Kevin: yeah I get it. Dev already told Shana and Allstar.
Me: oh good!
Kevin: so what you doing?
Me: oh I just set up my laptop and now I'm watching Netflix
Kevin: aye lit now you can join TBD Academy!
I laughed and flipped my hair

Shari came up to Kevin's camera

Shari: hey y/n!!
Me: Hey girl
Shari: what's poppin?
Me: nothing much how about you?
Shari: same girl. Same

Kevin pushed her away and Shari just laughed.

Kevin: hey I gotta go. Talk to you tomorrow.
Me: k bye
Kevin: bye love you good night
Me: love you too good night.

I hanged up. I continued to watch Fuller House and soon I drifted to sleep.
