•Katniss' POV•

I wake up to a horrible feeling in my stomach. I quickly crawl over Peeta and to the small entrance and throw up.

"Katniss, are you okay?" Peeta asks softly, I let out a scream of pain and fall back, before throwing up again, but this time blood. I break into sobs before throwing up again. After a bit I stop vomiting but continue to sob and let out screams while Peeta holds me an whispers how everything is okay. But how do we know this, it hurts, not just one thing, everything does, it hurts to move, to breathe, what's wrong with me. I feel the child inside me kick, this just makes me scream due to all the pain.

"Peeta, I can't last like this." I tell him through sobs.

"Everything will be okay, just hold on, we can last." Peeta tells me.

"Peeta, we both can't get out, it's different this time." I tell him. He doesn't answer just holds me tight before I let out a sob mixed scream of pain. It was as if I was being tortured by my own body, I want it to stop, I want it to be over but I can't stop it, it's my body that does this to me, only medicine could fix it, that's one thing we don't have. I curl up, sweat rolling down my cheeks.

"Are you warm?" Peeta asks. I nod my head and wipe my forehead clear.

"Here." He says handing me a canteen of water but I refuse.

"Katniss, please drink something." Peeta begs. I shake my head. I can't keep this up, I'm dying slowly, but he refuses to believe it.
