Chapter 111
Part of the door cracks open then it stops, I look at Willow and Jack then to Gale and Peeta.
"Willow, Jack, go through." I command.
"But mommy-" Willow wines.
"Willow go, see if you can get it open." I tell her. But why can't they open it all the way?! That's when I see Naomi she was trying to throw something out the door while Jack and Willow got through. I run to the door, trying to pull it open more.
"Protect yourself." She says as she hands me my Mockingjay bow and the sheath of destructive arrows, another bow that I hand to Gale.
"Is there anything for Peeta?" I ask even though he doesn't have any real strengths with weapons.
"Take this." She says handing me a sword that I give to Peeta.
"Keep Willow safe." Is all I get to say before the door is closed. I begin to hear the panel on the floor being pulled open. I load my bow and keep it pointed at the ground, the two boys stand behind me weapons raised (I actually want to see what that would look like) as she walks down the ramp.
"Hello brainless."
