Good Or Bad Reunion?

"Daddy, Chipo won't stop pulling on my tail!" Messina whined.

I sigh. "Chipo, stop annoying your sister."

Chipo lets go of Messina's tail. Messina turn around quick and jumps on him. The two of them roll in the grass.

"Hey, unfair!" He frown.

"Got ya!" She giggles, then sticks out her tongue.

I stand up. "Come on you two, it's time to return home. I'm sure the hunting party is back now with breakfast!"

"Yay, food!" Chipo cheers.

Chipo push Messina off him and ran up to my side. Messina leaps behind us.

At the den...

"Mommy!!" The cubs call.

Chipo and Messina ran inside the den. I walk slowly behind them.

"There they are. My sweet little angels!" I hear my wife, Ama say.

"Mommy, I caught a bird today!" Chipo proudly said.

Ama pat his head. "Good job, son!"

"Who's this?" Messina asks, noticing a lioness standing next to Ama.

I was beginning to ask the same...

"We have a guest, my love?" I ask sitting.

Ama gulps. She swish her tail side to side.

"Ama?"

Why is Ama acting so strange?

The lioness steps forward to me and smile. "Hi, I'm assuming your Ama's husband?"

I awkwardly nod. "Yeah...and you are?"

"Zawadi, her lost sister!"

Zawadi?

Wait, Zawadi?!

No...impossible...

My eyes widen. "No...impossible..."

The lioness looks puzzled. I look at Ama. Ama nod her head unhappy.

Wrong place, wrong time...

"Zawadi, it's me. It's Kibwe!" I said, half smiling.

"KIBWE?!"

Zawadi pounce on me. I stumble backwards.

"My have you grown so handsome!" She beam. "Look at your mane, ha ha ha."

"Y-Yeah."

Man this is going to be awkward once she finds out the truth...

Zawadi gets off me so I can stand. I dust myself off.

"Zawadi, there's something I should tell you."

She nods. I walk over to Ama and our cubs.

"Me and your sister are family now."
