Burning Jimin....JK. Burning Guy. Okay. So Kookie in a bike doesnt sounds something to you? For me.. It's symbolizes Childhood or Something that relates to a child.. In reference to it Kookie was their MAKNAE. So I think this shot takes place since he's the youngest. And he's the youngest and just become legal, so right there, he's circling the burning (ARMY-nized) Character and been observing it with his eyes while circling that Character.
Side Note: For me, the circle that Kookie is doing mean 'around the world' overlooking that burning character as INFIRED ARMY's around the world.
