"Please sign here, and here." The estate agent person tells Elena.
"So this place is all yours?" Bonnie questions as I braid Ruby's hair. Jasper is already at school, and Damon is going to take Ruby, he has a soft spot for her, you can tell. Damon also invited us to stay here in the boarding house so he can protect us from Klaus.
"They just gave it to you?" Bonnie asks.
"For now." Elena smiles, looking up from signing her work. "As sole owner, I'm the only one who can invite a certain type of person in if you know what I mean?" she indicates to the estate agent dude.
"Your own personal safe house."
"That's the idea." Elena shrugs.
"Wouldn't wanna clean it." Bonnie giggles. Elena laughs too.
"Stop pulling!" Ruby cries.
"Do you want the French braid to stay in all day?" I ask and she nods.
I put in a pink bow to cover the hair tie and then I smile at her, grabbing her bag and putting it on her shoulder. Elena goes to the door and opens it, letting the dude out as I go to the door with Ruby.
The boys and Alice try to walk through the threshold but the barrier stops them. I giggle.
"I'm sorry, I completely forgot! Stefan, Alice, would you like to come inside my house?" Elena asks. Ruby giggles, because she knows about this stuff, from the stories dad used to tell us.
"We would love to." Alice grins, stepping through the barrier with ease, along with Stefan.
"What are we, twelve?" Damon looks agitated.
"One of us is." Elena murmurs.
"If I let you in, do you promise to obey the owner of this house?" Elena questions.
"No." Damon scoffs.
"Seriously Damon, my way, you promised. I call the shots." Elena tells him. "No lies, no secret agendas."
"Yes Elena, sure." He says sarcastically.
"Then please, come in." she lets him through. He then picks Ruby up.
"I have to take Strawberry here to preschool."
"It's kindergarten!" she tells him.
"Yeah Damon, it's Kindergarten." I repeat her. Bonnie grabs mine and Elena's coats, passing them to us.
"Wait, where are you going?" Stefan asks.
"To school." I shrug, putting my coat on.
"We didn't create a safe house for you to leave it." Damon snarls.
"Yeah guys, Klaus is out there, we know that."
"But where?" Elena questions. "No one knows, Scarlet cant sense him because she's never met him, we cant do locator spells."
"I can take Klaus out, and so can Bonnie. I have every single bloody goddess power apparently." I add.
"Next to Bonnie and Scarlet is the safest place I can be." We leave once I kiss Ruby's cheek.
