Emison: How About Forever?

Secret affair

Emily's POV 

I was discharged from the hospital a day later and Alison never left my side. She helped me carry  the bag that she packed for me to take the hospital and made me sit down on the bed while she unpacked for me.

"I can do that you know?" I told her.

"I'm just being a good person and helping you out" she defended herself.

"You have helped enough, come sit down for a bit" I said and patted the empty side of the bed next to me. 

"Come here" I opened up my arms and allowed her to curl up on my knee and rest her head on my chest. When we were a couple, this is how we always used to sit, it relaxed us both in a way.
I saw Alison look up at me and smile so I looked down at her and did the same. I could see that she was slowly leaning in so I did too. Our lips pressed together and I was suddenly back where I was 5 years ago, I automatically remembered how soft her lips felt on mine and I loved every moment of it. 

"This is a secret okay, just between us you promise?" Alison asked me.

"I promise"

I was just happy that we could start again, I felt bad that Alison was basically cheating on Elliott. We were about to have a 'secret affair'.
