You were on your way to Lava Springs with Kelsey, Martha, and Taylor for the summer where you all had jobs per invitation of a Mr. Fulton. You arrived just as Sharpay Evans fell into the swimming pool then Troy asked, "Wait, are you even a member?" That angered her as she splashed and then stomped away. The Wildcat crew couldn't help but laugh. The laughing soon ended though when you all realized you were on kitchen duty.
Drama here and drama there, the staff baseball game was here and you were in the golf cart with Gabriella and Taylor when you all spotted Ryan walking along on his own.
"Hey Ryan, coming to the game?" You asked as Taylor slowed the golf cart down.
"Nah, I'm not staff," he shrugged.
"Well that's just silly," Gabriella said and you got off, taking Ryan's hand and sitting next to him in the golf cart as Taylor began to drive again. He ended up having a lot of fun while you and the girls watched from the bleachers. The game was over, Ryan and Chad had switched clothes, and you ran up to him from behind,
"Good job!" You smiled, wrapping yours arms around his neck from behind since he and Chad were sitting and discussing sports over fries. He turned to smile at you,
"Thanks, y/n, good to know you guys don't think of me as Sharpay's little poodle anymore." Ryan let out a little chuckle but you were completely serious,
"No one's thinking that, especially after today." He smiled then leaned up to kiss your cheek, just as the others girls came running over.
