-(Have I said this before?) Wheat is a major export of Canada, especially for Saskatchewan, I mean our provincial flag does have a bushel of wheat on it
-Saskatchewan Rush (our lacrosse team, not rugby, didn't know why I had originally said rugby) and the Rough Riders (our football team) are Saskatchewan's only professional sports teams. Originally it it had just been the Rough Riders but just this past year, the Rush went from being Alberta's team to being ours.
-The Saskatchewan Rough Riders was originally the name of our first Lacrosse team, but when the lacrosse team moved, and we got a football team, our football team adopted the name.
-The Montreal Expos use to be a baseball team, but was moved to the States and became a new team (don't know which one)
