You and Miles walked down the way the Walrider originally was, with it no longer being there, you were able to pass more corridor without any problems.

That was until you heard a German accent.

"Over here, please. I must... I must try to explain." You and Miles passed a room, but the both of you stopped as you heard someone, you carefully walked into the room.

It was an office, but you and Miles were unable to properly enter because of a glass wall covering it, but behind the glass wall, a man sat in a wheelchair with an oxygen mask on.

That was when it all hit you.

"You... You're Dr. Wernicke!" You declare pointing at him, he sighs.

"You're supposed to be..." Miles looks down at the ground, trying to figure out how Dr. Wernicke was in front of us, barely breathing but still doing it.

"I know, I know. I am supposed to be dead. No... No such luck. I am older than sin, but somehow...the only one left. Because of Billy." Dr. Wernicke explains, you furrowed your eyebrows.

"Who's Billy?" You ask him, Miles replies.

"I've seen some files about a patient called Billy Hope... Could he be... The one controlling the Walrider...?" Miles asks Wernicke shocked, Wernicke avoided our questions.

"He takes care of me. He may think I'm his father. He certainly loves me, the poor idiot." He states, Wernicke goes along to a symbol on the wall.

"Do you know what this symbol represents? It warns of a Nanohazard. Microscopic machines. Technology we have had for decades but never mastered. Murkoff discovered, in my research, a workaround. Turning the cells in a human body into nano-factories. It's the natural function of cells to produce molecules, but through psychosomatic direction, we engineered the precise molecules necessary. Mind over body." Wernicke tells the two of you, you were extremely confused and you showed that in your facial expressions, Miles just nodded understandingly.

"It was... foolish and wrong to think we could control it. To use mad men to make something so strong." Wernickes gives out a deep sigh, which didn't seem good for his health considering he was living with a massive oxygen tank and an oxygen mask on 24/7.

"You have to stop him, to... murder Billy. Turn off his life support, his anaesthesia. You have to undo what I've done. No one can get out of this place while he lives. You must kill him.

You and Miles nod to Wernicke after hearing the new task, the door opens behind you and the two of you walk out.

"Is this really a good idea?" You ask Miles while walking through the corridor.

"We're killing him, of course it's a good idea." Miles assures you, but you were still uneasy about the entire plan.

"But, if we kill Billy... Who I think is the host of the Walrider... The Walrider will go looking for someone else, and that thing we watched earlier said only someone who had witnessed true horrors could activate the morphogenic engine thing, and we've witnessed some pretty true horrors." You explain to Miles, it was the only thing you had said the entire time that had actually made a bit of sense, but Miles wasn't buying it.

"{Y/N}, that's just you being paranoid! I'm sure everything will be fine." Miles tells you, the two of you go to walk through a door but just as you do, the Walrider appears next to the door, you slam the door open and you and Miles sprint.

You quickly squeezed through a small gap and started sprinting up the stairs. When at the top of the stairs, you ran into a decontamination room, when you and Miles left the decontamination room. You realised the Walrider was no longer following you.

You and Miles carefully made you way down the corridor and to a giant metal door, the door slowly opened and you were greeted with a giant control room.

The two of you slowly made you way over to the window, what you saw, shocked you.

"The assembler, the feed chambers, the precursor molecules." Miles states, staring through the window, you had no idea what he was talking about.

"I remember some nanotechnology articles I read online, probably drunk, probably distracted." Miles continues, you sighed.

"Not nearly enough to know how to destroy is?" You question sadly, Miles nods.

"But Billy is the centre of it. Find him. Kill him. End this." And with that, Miles makes his way to the door.
