Chapter 10 - Kitty Curse

I wanted her. She was...is my little sister. I watched as she curled up with me and tried to get some sleep. It was horrible. She was so sad. I could sense it. I looked at her necklace. The little star. I left that with her. I'm surprised she kept it. I look down at my moon shaped collar. I had to become human again. Soon. I snuggled up next to my baby sister and fell asleep.

"Kill her!" He screamed as we ran down the hall. I turned back for a second to see three guys chasing us and Mason standing at the end barking orders. I looked in my arms and saw me! In kitty form. Oh no. Evas dreaming. We kept running and we turned a corner only to see a dead end. No! The three guys turned the corner and ripped me out of Evas arms. I saw out of Evas eyes as she reached for me trying to protect me. Eva was grabbed by one of the guys and dragged over to Mason who had me held close to him, a new scratch clawed across his face. Damn I was good. Mason used magic to send Eva crashing into a wall. The three boys jumped through a portal and Mason turned to look at my baby sister. "You'll always be alone. Freak" he says with a smirk and I watch as I hiss and claw at him as he jumps through the portal. Leaving Evanora all alone.

I meow awake just as Evanora jumps up aswell. "Oh kitty it was just a nightmare" she says hugging me tight and I nuzzle under her chin. She moves away and looks around. "Oh...no it wasnt. So you're really a witch?" She asks and I nod. "Oh..." she says and slumps down. I bring my paw up near her neck and rattle her necklace. "Hey dont touch that!" She growled and I cowered away. No I had to show her. I raised my head, exposing my moon shaped collar. "You have a moon?" She asked more for confirmation and I smile. She smiles back. She had such a nice smile. "Come on guys breakfast!" Lymx calls from the kitchen and I start running. He always makes the best breakfast. I stop running when I realise Eva wasnt following. I run back to her and jump on the couch. "You go. In not hungry" she lies and I bite her shirt and pull it towards me. "Okay okay I'm coming" she says and stands up. I walk behind her, nudging her legs every single time she walks slowly. She finally reaches the kitchen and sits down. I jump up onto the bench. "You want some breakfast dont you kitty?" He asks and I purr. "Alright here you are" he says and places cat food in front of me. I glare up at him and hiss. "You know the rules. Animals dont get human food" he says with a smirk. I smirk back ar him as I raise my paw and turn him into his Pheonix form. He squaks at me and starts chasing after me as I run around the room. We heard a soft giggle and both turn to see Eva. "You guys are so cute. How long have you been dating?" She asks and we both look at each other and Lynx turns back into his human form. Lucky bugger gets to where clothes when he shifts back. "Uh no no no and no" he says. "Were not like that" he says and I glare up at him. "Not that i dont want to....or want to....arg dont give me those eyes Hex" he says and I smile up at him. While he explain the no-relationship were in, I climb up on the other bench and eat the little tid bits of pancakes I can. Yum yum
