---Arya's POV ----
A few days later

"Is everything okay? You seem really distance lately," I questioned to Hussain.

"No, nothing is wrong," he said.

Why am I have a feeling that he's hiding something?

"So anyways, are you coming to the event today?" I asked.

He nodded.

"Of course. I'm always going to be there for you," he said and kissed my forehead.

"Thank you," I said.

"You don't have to thank me," he said.

"I have to go and get ready. I'll see you in the evening," I said and left.

Hussain's POV

That girl Ananaya has made my life a living hell!

She's been threatening to tell about the bet, unless I can get my girlfriend to stay in her limits and I have yet to find out what limit she's crossed.

"So today's the last day Aakash and Arya need to be together. Excited?"

Speaking of her and she showed up.

"They're friends and nothing more. I know my girlfriend loves me, so I don't care," I replied.

Truth was, I did care on the inside. I didn't want her to be around him anymore, but I also have to fake it in front of her.

"And what's your problem anyways?" I asked.

"My problem is your girlfriend," she replied.

"Why? Because she's spending time with him. Grow up," I said.

Look who's talking, I thought to myself as

She just gave me a warning look and walked away.

---Arya's POV ---

It was finally time for the show and I was nervous and excited.

"This is it," Aakash said.

"Ya, our last performance together," I sighed.

"Yep," he said.

"Anyways, let's go and kill it!" I said.

We went on the stage and everyone started cheering and applauding. We opened up the show and just like that it went on.

We had dance performances, dance-offs, some skits and closed with a performance by the two of us.

The audience once again was clapping and cheering.

We took a bow as the curtain closed.

I hugged him as did he.

"We're done!" We both said.

Hussain came backstage and I hugged him.

"You did amazing!" He said.

"Thanks," I said.

"We should go and celebrate," he said.

"Now?" I asked.

"Why not? I mean you are all done," he said.

"Okay," I said.

I went to change into jeans and t-shirt, while he talked to some other people.

I came back and he was talking to Ananaya. He saw me and left from her.

"Is everything okay?" I asked.

"Why wouldn't it be?" He asked.

He took my hand and dragged me out of there. By how fast he wanted to leave, I knew for sure now that something was bothering him and I was going to figure it out no matter what.
