I wish I could speak
I wish for wisdom to seek
To see the world as I should
A view that's not from under my hood
To see the world in shining light
And not from the eyes of a sorrowful blight
For the day will come when it doesn't matter
When race, and religion are seen as nothing
And the world is seen in Gray
Where war won't stay
And hate is put to shame
When others play emotional games
For a world like this is not a dream
It just takes leadership that's not obscene
Our world as we will know it...
Our Utopia
I thought of this after watching The Giver at school. Hopefully we know of the world as one big community.
