Outburst

I'm sorry you seem a tad frightened

I apologize for my tiny outburst

I'll try not to think of what I've been through

Ahhhhh

What's that...PTSD's coming back

I'm set off

Now Rest In Peace As I go mad

I'm going nuts from all this pain

I'm not going down easy

...

Excuse that tiny outburst

It's all for laughs

After 2010 I've been a mess

Those days are long behind me

I've seen better days but I'll cope with it

Soft voices cause loud noises

It gets me TRIGGERED

Been writing poems since I was young

Now watch as the pen drops

And my heart blackens

...

I need to leave for awhile

To do some thinking

I'll check out my emotions

And put them back in place

Please leave before I have another
