Basically what the description says the characters I'm writing about will be Yugi, Yami, Jayden, Yusei, Yuma and Astral (since he's basically a main character too) so enjoy!
"I can't believe you were put in slifer red though (y/n), I mean your duelling was amazing way better than mines" your new friend Syrus said as you were watching the other entry exams to dual acadamy. You were quite snarky and you wanted to face the strongest person they had which was professor Crawler, (thisisyouruniformbytheway)

so you made a few harmless jokes here and there as you destroyed his deck, no real harm done right? Well aparantly he didn't think so because he stuck you at the bottom, you didn't mind though you made friends with Syrus who was pretty nice.
"Eh, don't worry about it Syrus, because of that I made friends with you right? Plus out of red, yellow and blue, red looks the best on me haha" you said with a smile which he returned, you looked back to the dual field where someone called Bastian had just won his dual and given a yellow jacket, he walked back up the stairs and sat in front of you and Syrus giving you both a high five, yeah you made friends with him too.
"Wow! Bastian wasn't it? I saw the tail end of that it was awesome!" You heard a voice say from behind you, you turned around to see a boy with brown hair and his brown eyes were sparkling with excitement,
"well thank you, I have to say it was rather enjoyable and I'm proud of my result too" Sebastian said happily,
"so what's your guys names?" He asked looking to you and Syrus you smiled and held out your hand
"I'm (y/n) nice to meet you, and this is my new friend Syrus. We just met before my dual" you said, he grinned and shook your hand,
"cool nice to meet you guys too, so (y/n) what was your dual like? Oh and I'm Jayden!" Jayden asked you smiled shyly but before you could say anything Syrus jumped in all excited
"it was awesome! She totally decimated professor Crawlers deck with in a matter of minuets, I still don't get how you were put in slifer red though and not obalisk blue" he said you blushed a little and scratched the back of your neck.
"Aw come on Sy it wasn't that impressive and I already told you, probably thinks I embarrassed him in front of his students but then again red looks good on me, and I made a great friends so you don't see me complaining, haha!" You said embarrassed
"will Jayden Yuki please take to the dual floor for your entrance exam" you heard one of the teachers say, Jayden winked to you both then ran down to the dual field,
"huh... He's facing off against Crawler too, guess cause he was late? Aw well this will be good" you said as you leaned on the bar waiting to see what happened. It wasn't long in and Jayden seemed pretty cornered but then again he was smiling and laughing like he was having lots of fun. And not long after he got the field spell skyscraper and polymerization, well after that winning was easy, and that made him the second to beat Crawler that day.
"Alright children, here we are the red dorm" professor Banner said about 20 minuets later, Jayden, Syrus and you were all staring at your new home whilst at dual acadamy, "you boys all know your room mates and rooms, (y/n) since you are the only female in slifer red and there are no female dorms you will have your own room here. I will put you in the room next to Jayden and Syrus alright?" He said you grinned and nodded giving Jayden and Syrus a high five
"alright I'm in the room right next to you guys awesome!" You cheered,
"haha, alright now everyone take the time to unpack and settle in, dinner is in an hour so make sure your all in the dining hall for then" professor Banner said as everyone scattered to they're rooms and started to unpack they're things. An hour later you were down in the dining hall sitting next to Jayden, Syrus was across the table sitting next to their other dorm mate Chumly,
"wow you'd think this food would be really bad but its actually pretty good!" Jayden said as he gobbled down one of his fish, you laughed and took a bite of your own meal and to be honest even though it looked bad it was really good
after dinner you spent time in the dorm with Jayden and Syrus helping Syrus with his deck and strategy then it was just before curfew so you said goodnight to your new friends and walked next door into your own room, where you very quickly fell asleep.
