Aimee's POV "Go get ready kids!! We have to leave in a hour!" Mom says, and I ran upstairs to my room where all of my boxes were. We didn't bother unpacking yet because we had to get ready for the dinner.
I go to my box that said dresses on it. I opened it up and found my favorite dress ever. It was a red dress with a black belt.

I get changed and decided to do my makeup and curl my hair. After I finished I go downstairs to see mom and Connor all dressed up.
"That Rydel girl is hot as fuck!" Connor exclaimed, and I laughed. "Language!"
Mom doesn't like it when we curse. I don't curse that much. I actually never really cursed before. Connor usually curses when mom isn't around.
We walk out of the house and into the next door neighbors house. Mom knocked on the door and we waited for about 10 seconds until Rydel answered the door.
I looked at her up and down to see that she was wearing exactly the same thing and her hair and makeup was the same as mine.
We laughed at each other as we walk in. "Well that isn't creepy at all" Connor says, closing the door behind him. We then hear boys yelling.
"I'm sorry. That's my siblings. BOYS! SHUT THE GAME OFF AND GET YOUR BUTT IN HERE!" Rydel yelled, making me flinch at her girly scream. I laughed as one of the boys walks in.
"Damn it Rydel! You made me die!" A blonde boy said, walking into the hallway and he looked at me. "Shut up Ross. Where's everyone else?" Rydel asked.
"Right here!" Another blonde one said, walking in. "These are our new neighbors. That's Aimee, Connor, and their mom Heather! Guys, these are my brothers. Riker, Ross, Ryland, and Rocky and that's a family friend Ellington. He's practically our brother too. You'll probably see him everyday" Rydel giggled, and we shook their hands.
"Well hello cutie!" The blonde one said. I think it was Ross shook my hand. "Shut up Ross! Stop flirting. You have a girlfriend" Rydel says, and Ross rolls his eyes.
"He's just mad at me because apparently I made him die on his stupid call of duty g-" she starts, but got cut off by Rocky laughing. "You said duty" he laughed, and Rydel looked at him.
"Shut the hell up and grow up!" Rydel says, walking into their kitchen. "And this is my parents"
"Hey. You must be the new neighbors. You could call us Stormie and Mark" Stormie says, and I smiled. My mom looked like she was nervous. She looked over at the 6 kids and she realized something.
"Hey Aimee and Connor. Go hang out with Rydel and everyone. I'm going to talk to Stormie and Mark alone for a little bit" she says, and I nod walking out.
"What do you think that was about?" I asked, walking into the living room with Rydel next to me. "I'm not sure! Hey! Wanna go see my room?!" She asked, and I giggled.
"Sure!"
"Prepare to see a lot of pink!" Ryland says, grabbing his Xbox controller. Rydel smiles, grabbing my hand and drags me upstairs. She opens up a door that says, 'Rydel's room'.
I looked around to see a lot of pink and hello kitty. But I have to admit that it's a pretty and huge room. I continue to look around just for my eyes to catch something. A R5 poster. I couldn't help but laugh.
"What's so funny?" She asked, curiously and pointed at the poster. "You're obsessed with R5?" I asked, looking at all of the R5 posters and accessories she had.
"Obsessed? Aimee. I'm in R5" Rydel laughs, and I give her a "come on. You're kidding" face. "Seriously? You haven't heard of the band with 4 boys and one girl with the first letter of their names starting with an R?" Rydel asked, and my eyes go wide realizing she wasn't kidding around.
"Is that a problem? Are you a fan?" She smiled, and I sat on her bed. "No. I actually didn't even know R5 existed until today" I nervously laughed.
"Well, how'd you find out?" She asked, sitting on her bed so we're facing each other. "For some reason I got a notification saying that R5 was performing in LA" I say.
"So you're in a band with all of your brothers?" I asked, and she laughs. "Well, I'm in the band with Riker, Rocky, Ratliff aka Ellington and Ross. Ryland is a DJ and he's usually the opening act for us" she says, and I nod.
"So you're the only girl in the family besides your mom?"
"Pretty much. It's hard dealing with 4 almost 5 boys because of Ellington. They don't act their age and they'll start screaming at the game and stuff and me having no sister to talk to about boys or drama or having my period just having my mom is hard. But now you moved here maybe we'll become friends where we tell each other everything" she says, and I smiled nodding.
"But the good part of being the only girl is getting my own room. Ross and Ryland shares a room. And Riker and Rocky shares a room so I'm happy I get my own room" she says, and I laugh a little.
"I can't imagine being the only gi-" I start, until Ross slams the door open scaring us both. "Mom told me to tell you girls that dinners ready!" Ross says, making eye contact with me.
"Stop staring at her like that Ross! You literally just met her and you have a fucking girlfriend!" Rydel growled at him, and he rolls his eyes.
"Whatever Rydel and it's not just that. Aimee, have we met because you seem familiar and I've heard that name before!" He says, looking at me like he knew me.
"Um I'm not sure. I just moved here and I've never heard of the name Ross before. At least I don't remember I did" I say, confused. "He's just being stupid.
