Aimee's POV
We finally got to back to the hotel from the beach. I slammed the door open mad. "Hey guys!" My mother said, smiling innocently.

"How's your headache, or was that just another lie?" I asked, with a rude attitude. She just chuckled. "What are you talking about Aimee?"

"Everything seems to be a lie. Mine and Connors life as been a total lie!" I snapped.

"AIMEE!" Stormie scolded. "Kids, go to your rooms so me and Mark could talk to Jess" Stormie added.

I rolled my eyes, going in my room with Rydel and I slammed the door shut. Few seconds later the door opened again revealing Ross.

"Hey Rydel. Can you go on the balcony so I could talk to Aimee?" Ross asked, politely. Rydel smiled, walking onto the balcony that was in our room.

"Why'd you do that Aimee?" He asked, sounding disappointed in my attitude.

I shrugged. "Maybe because my mom lied about my whole life. Not only mine. But Connors too!"

"Your mom has to have a good explanation for whole of this!"

I just laughed. "So, you're taking her side?!"

"No I'm not taking her side Aimee!" He says. "But I'm not taking your side either!" He added. Ha. Nice.

I just rolled my eyes, turning around so my back is facing him. I let tears slip.

"She's just trying to protect you Aimee!" He says. I chuckled. "Protect me from what?!" I asked, trying not to make my voice crack.

"From things that might've happened in your past. She loves you and doesn't wanna see you get hurt. That guy, who's calling himself your birth father, isn't your father Aimee. He wasn't there when you were born. He wasn't there to help you through the tough times. He wasn't there for your first day of school. He wasn't there when you got home from school. He wasn't there to make you dinner. Who was? Oh yea! Your mom! And you should be thankful of that! Before you moved, MY dad was there most of the time for you since the day you were born unlike your birth father! He was there to help your mother! He was there to help you! You just don't remember cause of the bad car accident that made you lose your memory. You should be thankful you have your mom and brother. Some kids don't even have both. Some kids don't even have siblings to be there for them. Connor was there for you through it all! And so was your mom! You're not making things better by pushing your mother down. You're making it worst by blaming her for everything! She's already hurt. She's been through as much hell as you and Connor went through! Your mother has done EVERYTHING to make you happy! She's loves you and she's trying to protect you from something that has happened in your past!" Ross says, and with that he walked out.

Rydel came in from the balcony and by now I was crying. I lost it. I just cried and cried as Rydel comforted me.
