Chapter 11

    Weall girls were going together in Kina's car. She messaged me that she will bethere in 5 minutes. I took my clutch and locked the door. I waited outside andjust then my sweetheart caught my eye. The memory of flowers in her basket thatearly morning still made me smile.

 And I heard the honk. "Why are yousmiling all alone! Crazy girl...hop in!", Cathy shouted. We reached theplace. Guys were waiting outside. We were about to go in when Kina said sheleft her purse in car. She handed me the car keys and asked me to go fetch it.

 "How are you so careless? ", I told her. 

" Stop being so grumpyand bring it...please!", Kina said. 

And there I was halfway when I got hercall. "Sorry Riley, but Ashley brought the purse with her. Comeback." Before I could shout at her, she ended the call. 

I walked back tothe club only to find the bouncers stopping me. "Entry for couples onlymadam! ",one of the guy said blocking my way. " But my friends areinside", I said in a convincing voice. And the guy said that they might have entered as couples only. 'Either you find a guy or go back home. ' 

Shit! What do I do know? I called Cathy.

Cathy: Entry is for couples.

Me: Couldn't you tell me earlier? What should I do?

Kina: Find a cute guy and ask him out. Simple!

Me: you're crazy! Am not doing that. Am heading home in your car! I ended the call. My eyes fell on a guy. He was acting weird staring right at me. I guess he heard the conversation. I was about to walk away when he caught my hand.

Random guy: Hey baby! Come with me. I will take you as my partner.

Me: ( smelled alcohol in his breath) No thanks! (And let my hand loose)

Random guy: But I don't have anybody. (He said blocking my way)

Me: (Before speaking, I felt a hand around my waist. I turned aside only to be surprised) You!

Ryan: Sorry for being late dear!

Random guy: I am going with this girl.

Ryan: This girl here is my date.

(And he kissed me on my cheek) Better luck next time man...

I gave Ryan a surprised look. And we both went inside. Tyler called us in. They were having light beer. Girls gave me that stare when they saw Ryan holding me. He went to the guys and introduced himself. He went ahead to buy us some drinks. While Kina pulled me aside.

Kina: You called him?

Me : No. How can I? Even if I did how could he be here this fast.

Cathy: You must have told him earlier or is he stalking you? (She had already taken 3 shots of tequila)

Me: Shut up! (Ashley was smiling sheepishly) What's going on?

Ashley: I called him.

Me: Why?

Ashley: ( whispering into my ear) Cause I know you like him. I saw your secret glances after dance. He was the one that helped you. You can thank me later babe!

Me: You...what about the couples entry? You knew that all along, didn't you?

Ashley: yeah. Why do youthink Kina realised late about the purse.

Me: You're crazy.

I got a call from a private number. It said Taylor. I shouted at her while she kept saying that someone I knew did it. I cut the call. I thought and it was true. Taylor never met me during the week. Someone must have done it, but who? I got a message from her. It said that a person from the given number dropped her my video of dance. I didn't want to believe her but I needed to find the culprit. 

A/N: A short one chapter due to paucity of time. Next long ones are gonna be action packed.

It's crazy how friends can know what we feel even before we do. Maybe, that is why there are our crazy friends. Ryan showing up at the club was a surprise! Did you all love the flirty side of Ryan :3 Well, it's just the beginning. 

And what about the culprit? Usually the suspect is someone close...who will it be?
