"GET me some meds." Utos ni Alastair kay Anabelle. There's a glint of hesitation from her but she couldn't say something about Alastair's words and she just followed it.

Alastair didn't add anything. I used an ended answer for him not to try to ask for more. Hindi ko na rin kasi alam ang idadahilan. My brain is somewhat not collaborating with my rationality. It's being clouded by curiousity to sneak a peak of his face. Or how does he looks like.

"Here's the medicine." Pagsingit ni Anabelle ilang segundo lamang.

"Leave us alone." Utos ni Alastair sa dalaga.

I heard Anabelle's resistance to Alastair's command. Narinig ko itong marahas na umungot at napamura ng mahina.

"You know you can't resist it, Ana. Leave us alone. Now."

Narinig ko na lamang ang mabibigat na hakbang ni Anabelle sa labas ng kwarto at ramdam na ramdam ko ang pagkainis nito sa nangyayari.

I don't even have an idea about the relationship of him with her but hell will sank before I would have gotten a chance to ask or even try to know the real deal between the two of them. Nah-uh!

"Awww!" Napairit ako ng matinis nang dampian ni Alastair ng gamot ang sugat sa aking ibabang labi. I even held his arm because it was really unexpected. No man did try to touch me that close.

"Then let me put it on your lower lip." Muli nitong sinubukang idampit ang gamot sa aking labi ngunit muli ko siyang pinigilan.

Pakiramdam ko no'ng sinabi niya iyong lower lip e nakatingin ito sa labi ko.

"I'll do it." Suhestyon ko. "You don't need to show this kind of act just for me to think that you're gentleman."

"Am I not?" Takang tanong nito sa sinaad ko. "Or you're talking about you who might fall irresistibly at me?"

Hindi ko na napigilan ang hindi mapatawa ng pagak sa tinuran nito sa aking sinabi. I'm not sure what expression he has right now but damn with his answer.
