"I'm still confused. How did you find me?" I asked
"I was Cameron. Wasn't I a little obvious?"
I took a deep breath. He was Cameron.
"So...?"
"You know, the sunglasses to hide the color of my eyes, the hoodies to hide my tattoos. Do you really not remember that?" he asked.
"I mean, I do... but... it's just a lot to take in," I said, leaning back. I couldn't believe it.
"Why are we going to Canada?" I asked.
"Taking you home, darling," he said.
"But, I have a home. I had university and classes to go to. I have things I have to do... and isn't this technically kidnapping?" I asked.
"You're 18. You're birthday's next week," he said. Honestly, I kinda forgot.
"You remember?" I asked.
"Of course," he said.
We sat in silence for awhile.
"I can't believe you're still here," I said.
He didn't say anything.
"You never died," I said.
He still didn't say anything, but I knew he was listening.
"All these years... you've been lying?" I asked.
He sighed, "yes."
"Who are you?" I asked.
"I'm the guy you fell in love with."
