"Calum... " I said.

"What?" he asked as if there wasn't a big deal.

"Why didn't you move on? You could've started a new life, a better life," I said.

"It wouldn't have been a better life without you. I missed you, and I couldn't get over you. I had to get you back," he said.

"So why did you have to kidnap me?"

"Well, you're almost 19, so it's not really kidnapping. And wouldn't it have been weird if I just showed up as Calum Hood?"

I sighed, "yeah, I guess. But why'd you have to take me away from my life?" I asked.

"It's just the way I wanted it," he said, "no more questions for tonight. We have a lot of driving to do tomorrow."

He turned off the light, and rolled over on his side. Good thing there were two beds.

I woke up and rolled over. The clock read 4:48 a.m. Calum was snoring loudly, and I quietly got up.

I quietly opened the door, and gently shut it behind me. I jogged down the carpeted hallway and went down the stairs to the lobby.

"Shit, no one's down here," I thought.

I guess there wasn't anything to do but run.
