Kristen's other occupation is an actress. Her job is to entertain, to act the role she plays well and that's how she earns her bread.
Not an ordinary job for a kid her age.
Her peers have part-time jobs in their family's businesses, or they take care of children and pets. Sometimes they tutor people.
But Kristen knows that she'll never be able to have such a job anymore. She can't dare to dream to have a normal life.
Because she knows she'll never have one.
People already recognize her in the streets. They know her as "the little boy from Panic Room". Most people are surprised to see that she is actually a girl.
She hates that. Sometimes she hates the fame. She likes embodying characters, but she can't afford to quit. Otherwise, she's risking to destroy a reputation, her "bright" future and hopes.
