Victoria's P.O.V.

I sat infront of all the foods I cooked, well I actually already reduced it knowing that Charles wouldn't eat with me again.

"Tori, I'm going to leave" He declared once I can hear him walking down the stairs, I didn't even bother to stand up and check if his clothes are properly buttoned because my head is aching for a bit.

"You're not going to eat again" I stated while standing up and fixing the chairs once by one, I guess I have to finis all the foods all by myself once again.

"Work is important I have to go now" Charles was about to leave when we heard the doorbell rang and I immediately know who's the intruder today, he's been frequently annoying the heck out of me.

"Are you expecting someone?" Charles turned to me as I shooked my head and lied, he might get angry knowing that Sean is frequently visiting me here just because of our marital problems. Charles placed his suitcase down on the couch and went to open the door.

"Oh! Sean, what brings you here?" Charles' automatic and quick response to his friend made Sean frown even more, but before Charles could notice that, he flashed a very plastic smile and turned to me.

"I promised Tori that I'll take her out today, I want to fulfil my promise just even once" What the heck is he planning now? He likes to corner people up sometimes with guilty talks so I'm really a bit nervous now that Sean is already drawing his card.

"But you have work today right? You should be busy handling your company" Now that Charles mentioned it, he should leave. I don't want to pick a fight with him today, but instead of doing what I thought he'll do, he entered the house and slung and arm over my shoulder.

"I ought to keep the promises I made, Tori is much more important than any work out there" Now I see, he's playing a dirty game just to let Charles stay here but those words doesn't affect him from doing the things he wants and not need.

"Well then, I'll get going I'll be late from work" Charles took his suit case from the couch and proceeded to walk out of the house, once I know that his car isn't there anymore I pulled Sean beside me and locked the door.

"Why did you say that? Charles might realize that we already know his secret" Sean scoffed and looked at me with a murdering like gaze, I wasn't surprised that he'll get mad at me like that and I'm sure that Sean wouldn't bear to hurt a woman.

"I was implying him that you are much more important than work and not the other way around, that bastard still went to work after I told him those words. What a nice husband you have there" He made it even sound as if he's taunting me and Charles.

"Sean" I know he just wants me to realize that I'm being stupid choosing to just stay with a person who is clearly cheating on me rather than being happy and free while I'm looking for the person I really love.

"And since he just left, why don't we also leave the house? I feel like breaking all the furnitures here before Charles is back from work" Now his ganster appearance came back as I was really surprised to see him breaking almost all the furnitures here yesterday, I'm actually relieved that Charles didn't notice that almost all of the decorations here at our house changed.

"I can't do anything but come right? I don't want you to get mad anyway" And if there's one thing I sometimes hate with Sean, when he knows he's right and others don't want to listen to him he'll be in rage and almost destroy everything. I don't want him to act like king kong again so I'll just come with him and enjoy the fresh breeze outside.

"Well then it's good to know that you're choosing to listen to me, I just hope you'll stop listening to all the lies your husband is giving you. Let's just go" Just when Sean was pulling me outside, I suddenly felt like if I even just take one step I'm going to fall. Sean momentarily let go of my hand as he was unlocking the door, he tried to pull me outside right when the door is open when I pulled his arm back.

"Sean... I'm feeling dizzy" Small black dots started clouding in my eyes as I suddenly began to breath uncomfortably, my breathing exercise is now uneven and I'm finding it hard to see and hear clearly.

"Tori! Victoria!"

"We've stabilized her blood pressure and her heartbeat, she'll be fine after she wakes up" I opened my eyes the moment I knew that I was already awake, I can hear a female voice and beeping sounds coming from my left as I can still feel sudden dizziness and of course a very light pain in my abdomen.

"Tori? Are you alright?" My attention then turned to Sean as he hastily sat infront of me while holding my hand, I looked around my surroundings just to realize that I'm currently in the hospital not knowing why Sean rushed me here when I just fainted for a few minutes.

"I'm in the hospital?" Sean nods his head before turning his head to look at a female doctor behind him, she took a few steps towards me and gave me a warm smile before presenting herself for me to honor her.

"Good afternoon Mrs. Horvejkul, I'm Dr. Lee, I'm the doctor assigned for you today" She seems young and cute but for sure she's not a cardiologist or neurologist because it takes more than 10 years for a  doctor to graduate on that field... what kind of doctor is she?

"Good afternoon Dr., can I ask what happened to me? Why did I faint?" She looked at the template given to her by a nurse who just entered my room before looking at me and giving me her prescriptions.

"For now I think you and your husband should come here frequently to have a check up, I've also issued and give some vitamins for you to intake after eating thrice a day. It'll also be good if you could add some weight for you to be really healthy" I looked at Sean in confusion as I know that he was also baffled and a bit confused, the look in his face is a bit priceless for now but I didn't want to ruin the mood and is also currious about why the doctor prescribed me those.

"I don't understand Dr. Lee, why are you telling us things like that?" Sean began to question her as I, myself, also doesn't know why she's telling me something like that. I'm perfecty healthy and fine, I don't need to come here every week just to have a check up...

"She's pregnant, congratulations"
