My soul?

I chuckled. "I'm not so weak as to lose to the power of these elders.

I picked up the relic, a silver sword with strange glyphs that even I couldn't read.

"Now, it's time to locate that person."

An image flash before my head, 

Of the girl whom my son used to play with.

The one whose father sealed her powers.

Why had he done that?

I laughed.

That man was always getting in my way.

Getting to the girl wasn't going to be easy.

Wait, was he the key needed to unlock the power I sought?

Or was it someone else?

Locating that key truly was going to be a hard task.

But I wasn't one to surrender before trying.
