Episode 113: Shelter in the Heavens (Olivia)

Isabelle descended down a snow covered plateau. 

"This should be the spot," Thalia's mother said. "There seems to be a way under the ground from here."

"Yeah, this seems about right," Ryan said. "Do you have enough energy to push it aside?"

The ice queen nodded and pushed a chunk of ashen snow away, revealing dead grass.

Ryan removed the mat of grass. Right there was a metal door with strange symbols. It wasn't a language from this world, yet it seemed familiar. Could it have been a language from the realm of dragons?

"Let's go!" Ryan yelled, pulling the doors open. 

"Ryan?" a pair of guards standing directly underneath the door said. The looked at the crowd behind him. "You're alive."

"Who are these people?" the second said. "They aren't from the plateau."

"We come from up north, we have a plan to escape this world," Thalia's father responded.

"You do?"

Ryan nodded. "Can we come in?"

"Sure, but just know that our resources are scarce. Whatever plan you have, you better execute it quickly. We barely have the food to feed our people," said a man dressed in a blue deel.
