Episode 127: No Effect (Olivia)

"Let me go!" I yelled. If only my magic had an effect on the guy, but alas, it was useless. Whatever Isabel, Thalia, and I threw at him, he took it like some water in a sink. I needed to find a way to clog up that sink... But where would I start?

"Can you two stop?" Keith asked, narrowing his silver eyes. "I am only interested in her."

"Like we would when you want to kidnap her!" Isabel yelled, sending flames at him.

He blocked the flames with his free hand and sent them flying back her, slamming her into the tent and setting it on fire.

"Isabel!" Thalia yelled.

"I'll be fine!" she yelled back, pushing the burning tent aside. The way she rose unharmed from the flames and stood up was like a phoenix rising up from its fire.

"What's going on?" Elliot asked, yawning as he walked out of the boy's tent. His eyes widened as soon as he saw me and my would-be kidnapper. The same crazy aura he had demonstrated at school when Alex was hurt returned. He knocked out several of his companions as he made his toward us. "Let her go unless if you wish to die!"

Keith chuckled as he yanked my arm. "Just try."
