It's hard

It's hard to be happy when you always feel sad
It's hard to feel caring when everyone makes you mad
It's hard not to care when you see them all stare
It's hard to be unique
When you feel judged when you speak
It's hard to feel pretty
When you think you always look shitty
It's hard to feel small
When you think you look like a beach ball
It's hard to be a girl in the world we call high school
Heck, it's hard to be a girl in this place we call earth
Your heart gets broken, your confidence shattered
People make fun of you which only gets you madder
You try to put on a mask so nobody can see your hurt
Because you don't want the world to think you're weak
You act like you don't care, you act like it's no biggy
But when you get home you stuff you're face like a piggy
Then after all that eating you make yourself throw up
You're scared to see what happened when they see that you messed up
It's just not fair
I just want someone to show they care
I guess that's just too much to ask
Just to hard a task
But let me tell you something that my brother told me once
In order to rise you must fall
If there was no bad we would feel no good
So think about that when your face is in your hood
What goes up must go down
And in order to feel happy you must frown
