Honestly, he freaked out as soon as you bumped into the wall and was by your side immediately, though, the worry disappeared just a tiny bit when you started apologizing to it. You had to explain to him that you did it out of instinct, and he'd let out a small giggle at your embarrassment.

He stared at you for a good, like, five seconds until it hit him that you indeed just walked into the fridge, and he quickly made his way towards you to make sure you were okay. Renjun would let out a small chuckle at you apologizing to it before placing a kiss on your head.

Jeno was walking beside you when you suddenly bumped into the wall somehow, and he was about to pull you into a comforting hug but didn't as you started apologizing to the wall. He would stare at you rather confused. You soon realized that you had apologized to a wall, and he'd chuckle at your embarrassment.

His eyes would widen as you bumped into the fridge, a rather loud thud reaching his ears, and he jumped to his feet only to stop dead in tracks when he heard you apologize. Would jokingly ask you if you hit your head too hard since you apologized to the fridge but actually found it cute.

Jumped over anything and everything in his way to get to you because his lovely significant other just walked directly into a wall. He would only laugh a little at you apologizing to the wall after making sure you were okay. He'd kiss your whole face before continuing whatever he had been doing before it happened.

Actually didn't care much about you apologizing to the wall but cared more about you bumping into it, like, are you okay? Did you hurt your head? After making sure you were totally fine he'd laugh a little bit at the whole apologizing part, finding it pretty adorable.
