Ian's POV
"Soon."
"Soon."
"Soon."
"Babe, wake up," I heard someone whisper next to me. I opened my eyes to find Nina hovering over me, a huge smile plastered across her face.
Her hands were on either side of me and her hair was cascading down her face in light brown waves. I blinked again and lifted my hand to touch her face. "Hey," I sighed, propping myself up on my elbows. She kneeled in front of me and smiled.
"Why are you all smile-y?" I asked, rubbing my eyes. I yawned before she could answer, causing her to scrunch up her nose. "And what time is it?"
"It's 4 AM," she snorted, standing up on the bed.
Was she actually pissed that I yawned in her face?
"Nina..." I groaned.
She scoffed and said, "Just get up. We're about to leave."
I rolled my eyes, launched myself from where I was lying and grabbed her by the waist. The sudden impact caused me to lose my balance and flop down on the bed with Nina on top of me, my chest to her back.
"Ow!" Nina sighed, rubbing the back of her head which I knew hit my chin.
"Are you mad?" I asked, my chin on her shoulder.
"Why would I be?" she asked.
"Nina..." I sighed, running my nose along her shoulder. "What is going on?"
"Nothing, I'm alright," she sighed, moving her shoulder away. I groaned again and kissed her on the shoulder.
"Something is up," I said.
"It's nothing," she said. "I just remembered what happened yesterday and I'm really embarassed."
I sighed and pulled her close to me. "It wasn't a big deal, babe," he sighed. "You thought wrong about me and Nicky. She's here too, but I don't care. All that matters is that we're together, right?"
"Right," she said, pulling up my hand to her lips. She kissed it softly and I released her from my grip, allowing her to sit up again. "Well, come on, get up. We're on the 7:30 flight to Tacloban this morning."
"Neens, it's 4 AM," I sighed, holding onto her by her waist. She bent over and kissed me on my temple.
"I know," she said. "But, we still have to pack up, remember?"
I groaned and pulled her to lie down next to me. She collapsed on top of me and her lips grazed over mine slightly. She straddled me, one leg on each side of me.
She smirked and said, "We're going to be late."
"If only you were listening instead of thinking of ways to seduce me," I sighed. "Remember what Clive said? We're going to Tacloban on a chartered plane. We can wake up at 7 and still be ready for that 7:30 flight."
"Don't you know how long YOU take to pack?" she asked, her hands on my chest now.
"I pack so fast it's like watching Flash," I said.
