With the Lights Off...

(38): We'll Be Alright

* Hey everyone! :) missed you again. Anyways, here's the next chappie. I know many of you wanted to see what it's like behind the scenes of their Lights filming. So here it is! :DD it's basically just bits of scenes from the show and then behind the scenes- scenes. So, hope you like it :* mwah! BTW, just rewatched Prom so, I heard this song and remembered how much I loved it :)*

Nina's POV

"So, are there any actual scenes that we filmed that can be used for the actual show?" I asked Clive, my arms crossed over my chest. "Because, we filmed a lot before."

We were outside, setting up to film some scenes set in the playground again.

"We certainly did," Clive said. "Well, if we look at the sceneswe shot before, we could still use everything. The sandbox scene where you first meet, the picnic scene, the scene with Marissa, the scene with Harden, most of the Lexi-Harry scenes too. There's pretty much a lot of scenes we can string together and use."

"Well, that's good to know," I said. "So, what scenes are we filming now?"

"Basically, we have to shoot the scenes that we missed back then," he said. "We have to shoot the flashback scenes and most of the scenes with you and Ian. We're going to be all set once we have everything straightened out."

"That's good to know," I said. "I just want us to get this show out there. It's worth seeing."

"Duh, of course it's worth seeing," Clive said. "Who wouldn't want to see NIan back together on screen again? NO ONE."

I laughed and said, "Right, right. Forget the fact that it's based on an amazing book with an amazing cast."

"Honey, you and I both know that you and Ian are probably the reason why 3/4s of this audience will exist," he said. "Everyone is rooting for NIan. Everyone."

"Except for Derek and Nicky, I guess," I scoffed.

"Oh, don't bother with them, honey," he said. "They're not worth your time. You just focus on working up that chemistry with you and Ian."

"As if that needs work," Maggie commented behind us. I looked at him and he smiled. "What? It's true. That chemistry, it's like... I can't even describe it. It's just there."

"Right?" Ashley said behind Maggie. "Seeing you and Ian makes us feel like... true love exists."

"Ew," I fake-gagged. I looked around and moved a lock of hair away from my face. "Where is Ian by the way? I haven't seen him today."

"I haven't seen Evan either," Ashley said.

"I didn't even see Ben come in today," Maggie said.

"Yeah, well apparently they got sick of you guys using all the water for your mid-shoot baths or something," Clive said. "They've been talking about it all day, before you girls got here. They were shooting some of their scenes this morning and that's all they've been yapping about."

"What does that have to do with the fact that they're not here?"

"Maybe they're just sneaking in their water-use while you guys are on set," he said. "Besides, their scenes made them all sweaty a while ago."

"Wait, what scenes were those exactly?"

"They had a ton of fight and brawl scenes to shoot," he explained. "There was one with Evan and Ian, another with Ben and Evan, one with Ian and Ben, and one last one with all three of them."

"That's a lot of fight scenes," Maggie said. "I had no idea this show was pretty violent."

"Hey, you girls know that you have a couple of fight scenes too," he said.
