I start thinking about how long I must have been knocked out for. I start pulling at my collar but it won't seem to budge and then it cuts me

Janus:GH!

I feel around the inside and notice needles came out and stabbed my neck.

I see an infested fly out a window of a high up building.

Janus:they seem to have came awhile ago..

I see a tilted over corpus van in the street next to another crashed van

Janus:maybe....

After looking around and not seeing any infested close to me I hop in the tilted van but I see an infested inside

Janus:GHH!

Infested:GAHH!

I shoot it quickly. I then hear footsteps outside of the van though still with a little distance. I start rummaging through the van

Janus:cmon there's gotta be something good!

I see a corpus corpse in then front heavily decked in armor

Janus:hmm...must have been part of some heavy unit.

I check under his front desk and I see some clips fall out

Janus:none of these is for this gun!

The footsteps seem closer I then see a shotgun near his feet I glance over it

Janus:this is enough to keep me alive for now.

I search more and find a Nami solo in the back along with five grenades

Janus:...a machete....ewwww.....guess you will have to do.

I peek out ontop the van and see infested infront and behind the van

Janus:CHOKE ON IT!

I throw the grenade into the crowd infront and dash foward shooting anything chasing me with the shotgun I then run into a building and find the closest heavy item and slamming it infront the door

Janus:RAHHHGG!

I then put multiple layers of junk infront the door I hear them grunting trying to get in but they eventually disperse

Janus:okay okay....think time...what would lotus say to do....ehhh some pacifist shit probably......mhmmmm...maybe there might be....a lichet or whatever the corpus use as ships around here....I'd probably have to find a bay though..

I hear a yell outside

???:LETS US IN WE ARE YOUR FLESH!

Janus:(THOSE FUCKIN RATS THEY CALLED IN ONE LF THE HUSKS!)

I hear a yell from up the stairs of the building I'm in I immediately ready my gun a young corpus comes out holding a rifle

Janus:Little fella listen.....You need to go back upstairs alright. Or else your about to be harmed

Young corpus:NO DAD DIDNT COME BACK YET! I THINK IM SCEWED!

I grab him and run up the stairs we hide in this room with a hole just big enough to slide under..
