We speak until I pass out due to my injuries. I awake and see x sitting next to my chair

X:You awake?

Ash:Huh...yeah where did father go?

X:Hes supervising the raid on the grineer for those relics and keys.

Ash:You didnt go?

X:Not my kind of mission.

Ash:Where do we go now.

X:Ive been told I have to send you back.

Ash:BACK TO THE INFESTED PLANET?!

X:Where do you want to go?

Ash:I dunno...actually...

X:Exactly. Im needed here incase of raiders.

I step through the portal and find that he put me right back to the rubble of the tower

Ash:Now what....

I look around the vacant city and hear a few groans in the distance.

Ash:There should be answers here. Somewhere.....but I wouldnt have the slightest idea where to look...

I see a few tall buildings in the distance.

Ash:Probably swarming with infested and mutants.

I check the prototype they gave me.

Ash:Atleast I have this.

I walk around the city checking into buildings and vehicles and finding almost nothing. I walk into a store and look to see if maybe theres any scraps or something I can use until my foot bangs something

Ash:GH?!

I look down and see a sort of gun wedged against the wall.

Ash:Mkay...dunno why this is here..

I pick it up and analyze it

Ash:Hmmm.....seems to be semi automatic....dunno what else. Shouldnt test fire it from here though.....wait....maybe....

I cut on banshees silence and fire it at a wall. A energy beam fires out slicing through the wall.

Ash:holy shit....

Its like an exalted blade slash. I hear a roar in the distance.

Ash:I know he didnt hear it but....Ill still go.

I archwing up to my ship looking down at all the devastation on the planet.

Ash:This....this truly is a lost cause.

I head into the ship and see the mesa twitching.

Ash:Hey...you uh alright?!

Mesa:....Ehggg....Ahhggg!!!.....

She stops twitching and looks at me.

Mesa:Aha...

Ash:I know that x liked it but I....I dont feel that...

Mesa:..
