On the walk to the bus stop you had linked arms with Brian which was very comfortable for you because he had such a convenient height for things like that. And Brian didn't seem to mind either, only sometimes he let go in order to let you go first if you encountered other people. Just like he usually did. However, one thing was different from how you two usually did things.

There was barely any conversation. Occasionally you'd share a sentence or two with each other but it was far from the usually very lively discussion about anything and nothing. However, you were so lost in your thoughts that you didn't even really notice that. It wasn't an easy task to distract you from your thoughts because in your mind you kept going over Friday night again and again. And again, simply because you could. And because it was a memory worth replaying in your mind.

Who would have thought that Brian would be such a ... so anything but innocent? You certainly wouldn't have thought that. Yes, you were his best friend and he had told you about one or two of his adventures before but he had never shared the details with you. And now that you knew the details you were glad he hadn't shared them before because you would probably have been very jealous of those lucky girls. How could you not have been? He was incredible. The perfect combination between gentle and... not so gentle. In the best way. There was so much more to him that met the eye. With some guys you looked at them and you could immediately tell that they would make the night fantastic for you, but some guys - like Brian - didn't immediately seem like that. However, apparently some of those men were just fantastic actors, Brian being one of them.

You still couldn't quite believe what exactly he had done. He looked innocent but he wasn't. Anything but innocent actually and as happy as you had been he hadn't shared the details before, as happy were you now that he had shown you those details now. You would never forget that, how could you.

"So..."

Brian suddenly speaking up sadly pulled you out of this daydream. "Hm?" You questioned and glanced at him, once again blown away by how wonderful he looked without even trying. His hair was framing his face beautifully, his skin looking as miraculously smooth as it really was.

"Uhm... I don't know actually. When do you have to be up tomorrow? I want to know how much I can let you drink."

You raised your eyebrows and glanced at him. "How much you can let me drink? I can take care of myself very well you know?"

"Mh can you? Why do I have this memory of you enjoying me taking care of you very much?" He asked with a lilt to his voice.

You took a deep breath and shook your head, trying to ignore his hand wandering lower on your body. It wasn't hard not to stop him because you liked it - even though you shouldn't. "That was in a different context and you know that very well." Your mind was telling you one thing, your body another. Now the question only was who to listen to. The reasonable voice that told you to step away from Brian and finish whatever this was with a clean cut, but your guts were telling you to stay close and enjoy this. You could always end it another time. One thing they were agreeing on though was to not spread what had happened to the world. Not everyone needed to know that maybe you knew Brian a little better than you did before Friday.

But that didn't mean you could have a little fun.

"I wouldn't mind recreating that context," Brian said quietly, making you shiver a little. "You know that very well."

"I know, I know," you told him. "But now we have other plans so keep walking."

Brian sighed softly but did as you told him, much to your surprise. You made it to Freddie's without any further incidents, well, without any major incidents at least. Occasionally you moved Brian's hand a little higher when it wandered too low but that was about it. And you only did that because you had an act to keep up, not because you weren't actually enjoying it. You were. No one knew that of course, not even you were entirely sure of it. No, actually that was a lie, you were entirely sure that you were enjoying it, you weren't entirely sure what to make of that.
