(Fem.)Percy Meets Avengers

Wanda is Dramatic (Not as Much as Uncle Z though)

Dad held me close to him as I sobbed.

"Baby...you should have said something about it sooner. Your mom could have gotten out of that marriage."

"And risk her getting killed?" My voice cracked.

Sighing Dad shook his head. "You could have told your mother and gone to the police. You did not need to go through that Percy."

"I wish that was all I had to go through." I mumbled, not wanting him to hear.

But he did.

"Do you mean what I-" I nodded cutting him off.

He buried his face in my hair and tightened his grip on me.

"Percy, oh baby girl. I'm so sorry." Welp. Dad is now sobbing into my hair.

There was a knock.

"Percy? I'm coming in."

Oh schist. Wanda.

The door opened, spilling light into the cabin.

"Are you...Do I want to know what's going on or not?"

I turned and stared at her. "Probably not. And close the door Wanda. The Stolls will probably throw something in here."

"And it will probably explode." I added as an afterthought.

Those two have been trying to catch this cabin of fire for years.

But come on guys. Dad's not gonna let this place catch fire.

That would be just...just plain embarrassing for him.

Wanda walked in and shut the door.

"Soooo. Did I miss anything?" I asked like I didn't have Dad here.

"Well...we all got a little evaluation from Mr D."

That's so surprising.

I elbowed Dad. "Can you go? Girl chat time."

"Sure." He mumbled and got up.

He then opened the door and walked out.

Well. I say that but I'm ninety percent sure that he turned into a mist.

Cause the door didn't shut properly.

I sighed, got up and fixed that.

"This is your cabin?" Wanda asked looking around.

I nodded."Yeah. This has been my cabin for like four years. As you can see it's very crowded."

"Yeah...why aren't there any other kids in here?"

I chuckled. "That bunk over there is Tyson's. He's my half brother. But he's not normally here."

"Oh the kid who has a crush on Ella?"

"Yep. Wonder how she's doing. But anyway... Cabins one, three, and thirteen rarely get anybody because of some reason I don't really want to think about. Like ever."

"And Cabin Two is just ceremonial. No one has ever lived in it." I added.

Wanda hopped onto my bed. "So... What is the deal with this place?"

I raised an eyebrow.

"Besides the whole danger must hide thing."

Nodding, that's better, I responded. "You know how the Avengers deal with threats to the world and stuff?"

"Yeah. So?"

"Wanda we do the same. Just before they cause a total apocalypse. Not that you have or anything. But all those accidents and stuff? That was me trying my hardest to stay alive."
